This actually felt good
I’m just beginning… I just downloaded this app about 15 minutes ago but went through the exercises and could feel areas of my face that were really tight. I actually feel like my face had a bit of a work out but at the same time it feels good. The music was pleasant, the instructions were clear, and the exercises are not difficult.Show less9to5Not
No customer support
I downloaded this app and after free trial it charged me automatically, I haven’t used it at except for one single time. Since then I’ve been trying to locate customer support to get a refund but I’ve been unsuccessful. This is highly unprofessional to have an app without customer support and there is no one to contact to get a refund for the purchase made which is not even used or worth for. Please if anybody knows anything regarding customers support let me know. ThanksShow lessxohaaaaa!!!
Disappointed
I don’t even know how to start this BUT I don’t usually do this BUT THIS RIGHT HERE GOT ME MAD. The reason I’m writing this is because I told myself I was going to do the free trial and IF I LIKE IT, I’LL SUBSCRIBE. When you signed up, it says!!!! “3 days free trial.” or the other one. I CLICKED ON IT. Meaning I have 3 free days to try and if I don’t like it. Move on. ANYWAYS, I LITERALLY JUST FINISHED “DAY 1” and BOMB I ALREADY GOT CHARGED. What kinda unprofessional is THIS. Any other app I have tried, haven’t charged me till the day the TRIAL ENDS. This app has been the ONLY ONE to charge me as SOON AS I FINISH “DAY 1” It’s unbelievable.Show lessburga82ashb
Needs improvements
This app is great except there are no ways to update certain features such as the daily reminder for example. It needs a “settings” tab or something. I accidentally set it for AM instead of PM and now I can’t change it. Also the recordings that you follow are too fast and are not specific. Explain the instructions better of where to put your fingers, how much pressure to use, and the general details/purpose of the exercise.Show lessSarD354

Exercises are good......
But unfortunately I brought a 3 month subscription which took me up to August! After the first 28 days are up it doesn’t refresh, you go over the same 28 days. The other thing which was annoying was after the update my app stopped working it would not load exercises, I deleted my app and when I reinstated it had deleted everything I had to pay another weekly subscription to get my exercises... even when I cancelled the subscription moments later it took my money.
I enjoyed the first month and did see a slight change in my face. But word of warning if I had known I would’ve only brought one month not 3 months and one week!!Show lessTreeTops28
Vocal instructions
The app is nice, and you feel the exercises working on your face. It’s just difficult to know how long to hold the position before switching to the left or right as you turn, or as you look up and down when you can’t see your phone screen.
It would be nice to have a few more vocal directions as you are doing the exercise such as “now left.. hold...3...2..1 now right,” etc. They did a little bit but it was more like, “now the last one”😕 and I was like oh shoot I’m on 7 out of 10. 😂
Especially when they tell you to close your eyes and don’t tell you when to do the next set for the exercise... I mean really 😂😂. If my eyes are closed how can I see when she’s doing the next step I just learned 3 secs ago if she never speaks up and guides me a bit more. 😇 Just some helpful advice to improve the experience.Show lessHy-rum

The design, music, and videos are great. I love the exercises but am just starting so I’m not sure about results yet. But so far so good, fun and easy to do! TIP: this app is stupid expensive, I was going to cancel but noticed in my iPhone settings there is an option for $29/year. Select that one and you’ll save a ton of money!!! (Settings>Click your name> Subscriptions>Facetory> select the $29 option) I wouldn’t have kept it if it was $10/week they give you at sign up.Show lessMicheleklein
