  • Fantastic!

    Using Core has really improved my meditation practice. I have always been one to hold something to ground me when meditating but Core is so much better. The simple vibration helps me stay centered and focused.

    As promised I am changing my rating from a 4 to a 5 since it now talks to Health Kit! Yahoo! Love!

    I also love the new “chill out” soundscape and the way the lights move with the breath vibrations. I do not always want to have my eyes closed and the lights are a perfect thing to have a light focus on!

    I also wanted to add that this works! I just got done with a 5 minute Box Breath training and I was calm for over 4 minutes! When I started a few weeks ago I was not registering any calm time!

We let our engineering team know about your request to begin integrating with Apple Health and they said they'll get right on it. Watch out for that feature in one of the next few updates.   • Better than other meditation apps I’ve tried!

    I’ve been meditating for about ten years, and in the last few I’ve used apps like Headspace to help me stay disciplined.

    I recently bought the Core device and gave the app a try, and I already love it! It makes a much bigger difference in helping me get centered and relaxed than any other meditation app I’ve tried.

    The app itself is also well designed and provides interesting and insightful info on each meditation session that I do.

  • Best meditation app!

    I’ve tried to get into a meditation routine and always struggled. Just a few days w the Core, and I was using daily and felt great!

Alternatives to Core Meditation
