Love the products and the app is a great support

I love the products. I use super expensive skincare but my face is often still dry in winter. The oils are an amazing addition and I love the smell and packaging.

Can’t get in

I bought a healthy system from this place one Dr Suhases but the app won’t let me log in. It says my email isn’t correct even though I’ve retyped it many times. Very frustrating.

Lost my package

I ordered night time elixir as I like Ayurvedic oils. I lost my package status says delivered but I didn’t receive any.I contacted customer service but response from them.My order and money down the drain?

Late orders

There is so many issues with this vendor. The orders take forever to receive, then the rewards program took my points, but did not give me the credit on my invoice. My shipment supposedly shipped but I still don’t have it, and the tracking doesn’t work either.

App Error

I just bought the Ayurveda Night Face Oil because it was recommended by a friend that it does really good with acne scars! So I purchased it right away! I downloaded the app & tried to make an account to track my order, it keeps saying “Customers are disabled”, I tried going to “Account”, same result. Please help me fix this! I really want to try this product out, please don’t be a scam. :(

Purchased on web directed to download app. No way to create account to check status. Scam

Disappointed

I wanted to try you product so I order led items on your website. After checking out and finished the transaction it says install this app to track my order. So i did. But it wont even let me create an account. It says, “Customers are disabled” so what im gonna do now? I didnt even get a notification about my order. I did check my bank and it’s already on pending status.
