Wish there was an Apple Watch app
App and service works really good. Wish there was an Apple Watch app so I can leave my iPhone in the gym locker during a workout or in the house on the charger for the one I use for my shed.

A great lock that comes with the app love it. Just needs bug fixes every now and then... it’s a second delay but still works perfectly

Great App, some issues
The lock boxes and app are fantastic. Much better than a regular lockbox. The app and box were easy to set up and are very straightforward to use. I love almost all features. All except one...you can only set schedules for temporary codes for either a set 4 hour window or 8 hour window. I read the comments and some users prefer the 4 hour window but I need a temp code for a little longer than 8 hours. If I have a vendor who requires access from 8-5 over 3 days, I have to send him 6 temp codes? I don’t mind if I have to send 3 codes, but having them keep track of 6 codes and the time frames for each, that is too much for them, especially if they are not tech savvy and do not want to download the app. I love the guest feature because you can set the date, time, hours, etc., I just wish you had this much control over temp codes as well.
It would make things a lot easier if everyone used the app, but unfortunately that’s too much to ask for lol 😄

Great Lock, a bit confused about sharing
The lock is great. It took no time at all to register it to my phone. The bluetooth function works on my phone. What i am not able to do is invite my family members to the app and the bluetooth functionality.
The link does not do anything else but point them to the app store to download the app. It does send any specific token that would allow them to link their app to the same device

Useless
From setting the app up to transferring your locks to it to actually using the app is completely useless and a complete crapshoot if it works
