Easy to use.
The set up was simple. The price might’ve been a little high but you do get what you pay for. This item works well and it’s easy enough that even the kids can use it.

Link doesn't work
The link for guest will only send to the app store. It will not open into the app so they can access the lock

Could not transfer locks
Downloaded new app for my lock. Followed the instructions to transfer my locks from the vault to the new app. Nothing worked! Now I have a lock that is useless!!!
You’re app is difficult

Lock worked wellnot screw to wall as soon as it was screwed to wall for some reason the cabinet cover doesn’t close properly and lock will not lock or lock or will stay open either one
Any chance of adding this app and Bluetooth to biometric lock
This new app is now working more reliably with the Bluetooth on my phone actually working with it than the old app. Is there any chance the biometric lock will be added to this app and use Bluetooth? Competitors already do this but their apps are not as good plus who wants all different apps. Also it would allow access to the lock to be recorded and monitored in the app.
