    This app has made my life easier and can synchronized my watch with my iPhone 13pro overall good rating from. E

    I bought this because I need to track my hours of sleep. It works maybe 2 days a week, 3 if I’m lucky, there are times when it doesn’t track for a few weeks! I’ve written to support but have never heard back. I do not recommend it at all, it’s garbage 🗑
    As the other reviewer stated the weather tracking has never worked. I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed.

  • Some issues but good watch

    I like the watch it’s retry good but it doesn’t a have a text back option trough the watch. Also it has some trouble syncing through but it’s a good product.
  • It’s alright

    It’s definitely a nice display for the price. The weather is an issue but you guys already seem to understand that it’s a problem. I also think on the app , you should be able to customize your wallpaper on the watch. I like it overall though :)

  • A bit disappointed.

    Even though the watch is fully connected, I can’t get weather , change faces use the camera or music remote. Also in the app I can not change notifications I want or don’t and it keeps telling me I have to connect to a device to use these features when my watch is fully connected.

  • Affordable but not Accurate

    The watch had a good price point, perfect features and great styling; but will never seem to stay either connected or update weather. I have tried multiple weather apps, I have uninstalling app from my iPhone then reinstalling. I have reset the watch too many times to count. Receiving messages and emails or social media never miss one but the weather never seems to update or even domes connect. Always showing partly sunny and 0 degrees, yet it’s snowing and 6 degrees outside. App firmware is up to date on watch and iPhone. Don’t know what else to do? Have tried everything tech support has suggested. Now just frustrated and considering replacing. At this point probably wouldn’t recommend watch at this time.

  • Apple Health

    I like this watch and the app overall but it says it pairs with the Apple Health app but when I try to get it to work, I even went into the apple health settings and turned on all accessibility options, it still suggested I wasn’t connected. My steps on the watch and my step on my apple health are totally different because of this.

  • App keeps kicking me out

    I love the watch itself but once I updated the watch from the app it began to kick me out every time I opened it

    Update: you have to forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and reconnect and the app doesn’t kick you out
  • Not quite right

    I did the update of the app on my phone, but it’s been force closing on me and not working…also, am I able to answer text messages through the watch? I’m not sure on how to do this.
  • WONT WORK😡

    I got my watch as a Christmas gift, plug it in and it still won’t work, it’s been charging for over a week and is still at 1% I can’t use it, can’t do anything with it, it’s very frustrating, I’ve sent emails and googled to find out what was wrong, nothing helps, do not get the watch, it’s a waste of money
