  • Watch Doesn’t Charge

    I did everything correctly regarding charging the watch. I charged it because it’s factory charge was completely drained. So I go to charge it and it’s been about an hour of the same blinking q7 screen showing the watch is at 1 percent and then dying right after. It just repeats. I can’t even do anything with the watch at all and I have already emailed customer service. Awaiting a response as to why this watch is stunlocked and unable to even charge.

  • very useful

    I hate spending too much time on my phone, so being able to read notifications without taking it out is awesome. The sleep tracker and alarm are also very good features. Accidentally breaking my first Q7 literally made me feel extremely sad, but now I have another one that provides good features for the price.

  • please help!

    Hello, I just downloaded the app today and I got my watch paired and got through the intro settings. I now try and open the app but it just crashes and doesn’t open. I have restarted my iPhone 11, reinstalled the app, updated my phones operating system.
  • Zero!

    If I could give zero.. I would. The app keeps shutting down & won’t even start.. watch came and the brightness must be set to zero? Can’t turn on the watch to see the settings or open the app for assistance. Garbage.
  • Doesn’t work

    I downloaded it and was able to register my device, and update it, but after that I can’t get in. The app won’t even open anymore. I can still get notifications on it, but I can’t change anything in the app. I have an IPhone 11 and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still won’t work. Please fix this issue.

  • Wonderful!

    I absolutely love this app and device! I wish it had a water tracker and that you could respond to messages, but that’s okay! It does a great job of tracking your steps and I love the monitoring heart rate feature! I 10/10 recommend this device and app for anyone wanting to keep track of their steps.

    Right now it’s not recording my steps sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t sometimes my Weather doesn’t work I have to go into the iPhone turn the Weather off then turn it back on to get it to work it’s very aggravating I just wear it because the time on it is big and I can see it otherwise it’s pretty useless

  • Seriously?😒

    This app is crap. Right after you do the update, every time you pair it to the watch it won’t open on your phone? Even after I re-downloaded it several times! Fix this cause plenty of others are saying the same.
  • Something is wrong

    There is something wrong with the app on my iPhone 11. When I click on the icon it appears to come up but hen goes to the background. I haven’t had an issue until now. Please help.
  • Not easy to maneuver

    I just got this watch yesterday and charged it to wear today. I love the clear large face. The 1st problem is that I have done the firmware update 4 or 5 times and when it’s completed and the update indicator is gone I shut the watch off as instructed and wait a minute and turn it back on. Every time the update indicator is back on again. Also I have set a test alarm 3 times and it has disappeared each time before the alarm goes off.
