  • Not good at extremely disappointed

    I been trying to connect it to my iPhone Bluetooth and it won’t I tried about six times the last time it discounted while working and missed a major call from the hospital and I was extremely mad and I have not been able to connect it to my iPhone ever sense 😡😡
  • App stopped working

    I love how easy the watch was to setup, but now the App will not open anymore. Tried deleting and adding again. Tried going they the settings on my phone and that didn’t work. Please help
  • Customer service inquiries

    Love the watch ! I’m have trying receiving text messages. I’ve checked several lines to make sure it was one the things I chose to receive.
  • App not working

    Installed the app won’t load just says Q7 and then goes black I’m still getting all my text and everything just can’t get into app. So right now give it 3stars and yes I uninstalled and reinstalled. Maybe you have a update or something to fix this.
  • Pregnant

    I haven’t had the opportunity of turning it on yet, it’s still charging. However, I was checking out the app that goes along with it. My Fitbit has a period tracker for biological females. Apparently this watch couldn’t fit that in. No worries, I’ll continue to use a different app I suppose. What I find to be the issue is this device is supposed to help with health, yet there’s no way for me to input that I’m pregnant. Which I find to be very important to properly monitor my health and fluctuating weight, heart rate, blood pressure, ect. Fitbit also does not offer this option. Who should I reach out to, to resolve this issue?

  • Watch

    My watch was working great and I was receiving all the notifications until I updated it stopped working and I would open the app and it would close again until i disconnected the watch from Bluetooth and added again it started working like normal!!!

  • Kicks me out of App

    Both me and my sister had gotten watches for Christmas but once the app gets paired to the watch and updated, the app just kicks me out and won’t open. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall but same thing happened.
  • Q7 smart watch

    At first my watch was okay I was still figuring out some other things. Then I went to go update it on the app and after it was done it shut me out every other time I tried to go on the app. Every time I tried to re-open the app on my phone it will take me off the app right away. I had to do delete the app, disconnect the Bluetooth, shut my watch off a few times, and try other apps just to see what i could do to try an fix it. I had mixed emotions about this watch but now I love it!.

  • I’m WAS angry but nvm

    It worked great until I was opening the app and I hadn’t even had it for a day and the app opened for half a second then went back to the Home Screen. It doesn’t work anymore. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone. Nothing works. But later I was looking at reviews on the App Store and opened the app from the App Store and it worked normally ever since then.

  • Q7 and I-Tech Sport

    Buyer beware, neither would fully connect to compatible phone. Customer service is lackluster at best. The I-Tech app immediately crashes. They told me they were unaware. Reviews suggest it’s been a problem for over a year. Very reluctant to refund and intentionally misleading. Complete waste of money. If I wanted to spend hard earned money on a now 3 hour total headache I would drink excessively. Shameful business practices.
