  • Crash

    The app keeps crashing so I can’t even finish programming my watch. I don’t get text messages, nor the weather. Every time I open the app it just automatically crashes. I have deleted and redownloaded with no luck. They need to fix the bugs because the watch itself is a great purchase
  • Not impressed

    Having the same problem as others. The app will not engage after the update. After troubleshooting, I still can get it to display the weather or my texts notifications. Not really impressed. I was very leery to get the watch after reading the reviews. But I thought as long as I can get the time, weather, and call/texts notifications, it would satisfy my need for it. But it’s not even doing that!

    Hi there! We are very sorry about this. Please do the following: 1. Reinstall the q7 Wearables app from Apple app store. 2. Clear your mobile Bluetooth listing, or remove previously connected device from your Bluetooth list. 3. Make sure location settings is turn on to make sure weather from your location is adapted. 4. Be sure that your mobile Bluetooth is on and your devices are connected. 5. Lastly, please be sure that your mobile data is up, or your mobile device data is on too. I hope this information helps.   • Convenient

    I like the watch and the fact it came with two different bands. The screen is easy to ready as well. However after a year of eating and using the app, the app no longer works. I chose the app and my phone returns to the Home Screen. I deleted the app to maybe start over and I still can access the app.

If not yet, please re-install, as this might be caused by some updates made in the past and provided you have not used the app for quite sometime.   • Update is horrible

    I ended up getting the app again on my phone because I had to stop using my watch for awhile due to work, but when I installed it it asked for an update so I did the update but the app is not showing up on my phone screen and when I try to open the app it just closes the App Store. This company really needs to get hot on fixing all these bugs.

  • Ok but annoying

    The watch itself is durable and easy to operate. The 3 stars rating is for the app. I am unable to access the app at all. The last update is when it started. I’ll open the app on my phone and it won’t even load, it kicks me off. Also the messaging feature shows my Facebook messages not my txt messages.

As for the text messages not coming in, please check the allowed applications in your app to make sure text notifications are turned on.   • Can’t receive text messages or notifications

    I like that it monitors my sleep, heart rate, time, and steps but doesn’t show me any of my messages from anything when you go to your messages on Q7 smart watch it just says empty even though I might have just got a message...
  • MAD 😡

    Before you go getting this stupid app read this. Don’t get it, it works for a little bit until you update it, it said don’t turn off while updating or will mess up device it didn’t go off once I did everything thing right, and when update was over I reset my watch like it said and when I went to go on the the app it said Q7 wereables and then kicked me out and I tryed a lot of times still didn’t work I even deleted it and downloaded it again!! So if your thinking about getting this app DONT! And makers of this app there is a million of bad reviews of this app and you haven’t done anything so I suggest you make this app better! Please.

  • Waste of time and money

    Bought one and it was looked to be a returned one. Contacted Q7 they quickly responded and sent a new watch.
    This watch does not give you a option on a lot of settings. Can’t even get to a Bluetooth setting.
    The replacement watch was delivered today I opened turned the watch on and it did not ask me to choose any language etc. I downloaded from the App Store it connected would not sync with my IPhone it showed needing an update so the app updated and after that it disconnected and the app crashed will not do anything.
    I’ve spent two hrs messing with this and I did the trouble shooting for my iPhone and Q7 Smart watch . They do not have a phone number for support to help walk through the setup or technical issues.
    They have a lot of bugs and issues they should have fixed , they also say try a older app for the Q7 and there are none.
    You might as well get one from your phone carrier to keep from wasting your money.

  • Options

    I’d like to be able to choose which apps to have on the watch. Like I don’t use the music app so I’d like to be able to remove it. You can’t delete the messages either. At least I haven’t found a way to do so.
  • Easy to use!

    I am a computer network engineer and I have found several smart watches are almost impossible to connect and use Bluetooth programming language to get them to work properly they have disconnected and this app worked it was very simple. Thank you and good job!
