    Who only has access to 1/1000th of service now’s capability?
  • Not Able to Open Tickets from Notifications Window

    After updating to version 15.2.0, when I click on one of my notifications…it no longer goes to the Ticket. Nor is there a way to Search for the ticket. If it’s not assigned to me…I can’t view it. Please Fix ASAP.
