Great way to source
I was unable to thrift due to some physical mobility issues. This was a great way to get items and still supplement my income vs no income from not being able to source. The reason for not 5 stars is that I received several items that were described as "gently used" condition but upon receiving the items they were in barely sellable condition with holes, stains, and fabric worn nearly tissue paper thin and crumbling elastic. The flaws affect my estimate of what price I am able to sell the items at. As an experiment, I have listed the flawed items with flaws noted and shown in photos to see if the item will sell. The experiment is ongoing so I do not have a conclusion on that aspect yet. But in the future I will be more discerning on which lots I apply for.

Remember the old days...
... back when the air was clean, movies were in theaters with previews, and the term "customer service" didn't make you cringe? Well, at least one of those cherished memories has been brought back to life by FlyP, whose customer service seems to actually *gasp!* WANT THE BEST FOR YOU! In a day and age where most companies seem mandate some kind of guilty until proven worthy attitude towards customer service, flyP has a refreshing dose of honest straightforwardness and will brave the leaps and bounds others wont to provide a satisfactory.... even pleasant outcome.

Great app!!
I love using flyp as a way to source inventory for my small resale business. Support is so fast to answer and has helped with anything I needed.
The only suggestion I have is to maybe improve the intake process just a little. It can be a little difficult to give estimates based off of the photos. And I’ve noticed a lot of times people mark their items as new with tag or in great condition and then when I receive them they are worn and have quite a few flaws. Maybe make it easier for us to decide what items are sellable when we receive them.
Other than that I love it!

Support
I’m new with Flyp and have used the support option many times. They are always responsive and very helpful. I wish the clients would respond when we message them but I’m still learning so maybe I here is something I don’t know yet. Overall Flyp has been great!
Awesome way to sell clothes
My clothing reseller did an awesome job selling my items, and I feel great knowing that the clothes I’m done with won’t end up in a landfill. Allows me to access the second hand clothing market without being in charge of marketing and shipping logistics. A little more time consuming than a bulk drop off at Goodwill, but I know my things are being used and enjoyed.

Never been happier
I’ve also never been so skeptical of an app. But Flypp has exceeded my expectations. I’ve sold 8 lots, all with a reasonable return. Only had one issue with an unprofessional seller but Flyp made it so easy to get that lot back, and sent to another seller. Truly amazing! The only reason you’d have a bad time on this app would be if you sent garbage that you felt was valuable and the sellers had to be the bad guys. Don’t send garbage, and enjoy this amazing app.

Not able to sell and bad app design
I should have known this was too good to be true. What a waste of time. I submitted multiple high-quality, tags on or barely worn clothing that fit the brand requirements. Flyp claims to “match you with the best seller for your lot within 24 hours.” What they don’t tell you is that your lot will be rejected after that 24 hours with the half baked excuse: “We couldn’t find any matches for your lot. Try adding more quality items.” I guess my tags-on designer clothes are not “high quality” enough. I tried 3 times over two weeks with various items and was unmatched every time. (Perhaps they have a shortage of sellers due to their predatory policies—read seller reviews). The app is also a pain to use—the formatting interface are clunky and not user friendly. Save your time and go to Poshmark.

Good App
Good app, although it took me a long time to get matched to a seller I finally did. Great app if y y don’t want to sell your own stuff and my seller is very friendly and responsive. I also wish there were less fees and that I got more of the percentage of the money from the sold item but I understand the fees cover shipping etc. I would still recommend the app to a friend, thanks.

If a Pro Seller needs inventory…bid on Lots
Flyp Pro Sellers can vie for Lots, which are groupings of inventory offered by other FLYP users. Provide your own value estimates for a chance to add the items to your own inventory.
Bid on as many lots as you like. Then you may shop your new inventory items on multiple platforms using Flyp’s CrossLister. Sales proceeds are split according to an agreed upon ratio.

Great app
I’m only 1 month into being a pro seller on the flyp app and in that short amount of time I’ve been able to secure 4 clients and 50+ pieces of clothing to resell. I love the customer service I’ve received so far. I would highly recommend trying this app out if you’re looking for free inventory to resell!
