Great, except…
The app itself is great. You can find a lot of amazing deals on here!! However I wish they would add more photos of the items, especially when an item isn’t in “excellent” condition. I understand they have a lot of items to list, but it is frustrating when I receive an item that looks different in person than it does in their photos. They need to be a lot more careful when taking photos and listing items. I’ve seen items listed that have noticeable stains, rips, pilling etc. that they will list as “excellent” condition! They also will list things as the wrong color, so make sure you look closely at items prior to purchase. And most recently I’ve seen listings with photos of clothing items inside out! Do better…
While you can get great deals, some things are outrageously priced. Like $20 + for used target brand clothing for example. You can get some items cheaper new.
ETA: I see that they now have been adding extra photos which is great. I just wish they would include the style of clothing (if listed on the tag). For example “mom jeans” or show the tag stating this. They just put “straight leg” or “boyfriend” in the description but this doesn’t really give 100% certainty to the style. Which again, then you don’t know exactly what you’re getting until it arrives. I’ve recently seen (again!) things stating “excellent” condition, yet there’s very noticeable stains etc… very disappointing.
