Doesn’t load
The app just doesn’t load after signing in via SSO with Google. Using an iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 17.6.1
Can never log in
I have tried setting up an account several times with several emails and nothing!! It keeps saying my email is already in use and when I try to request a new password, it says NO USERNAME FOUND! HOW!!! 🤣
Will not proceed after sign up
Error keeps occurring after sign up. Tried with multiple new emails and will not move forward. Was excited to try this but disappointed.
Very functional and useful
I was looking for a rental car for days but they were all booked. Friend told me about this app and got a car within the hour, dropped off right to my location. Happy and positive experience.

I love everything about this app
Ok, so I’ve rented a lot of cars through enterprise and this is so much easier and cheaper. Plus the cars are nicer. 100% using again!
No customer support whatsoever
I booked a rental from their app for new year’s week. There was an issue with the rental car and we had to end up spending extra on flights and all. The host and I both tried contacting the company many times but it is very hard to get a hold of them. There’s basically no customer support by the company.

Very bad customer services
I have listed my car then have been miss used by the guy who rent it but the company did not give me any help to me .so do not list your car with them .

Doesn’t work in Alberta Canada
Woukd be great if it was available in Canada and if it actually stayed the locations it was available before downloading it abs wasting time!
