PoolFit works at all levels
This app works for all intensities and works as rehab as well. I started watching the clips on TikTok and adapting the moves but then wanted to check out the app and it did not disappoint! A special shoutout to to Stephanie Newberry. Your workouts are amazing! Thank you! Working out in the pool is refreshing and challenging all at the same time I feel stronger and toned all around because it works all your muscles under water and builds endurance Keep the workouts coming. My local Y pool has been closed this week for maintenance. I downloaded the app and freeloaded at a friend’s pool for the week using PoolFit. I’ve been taking water exercise classes at the Y for over a year but I have never REALLY understood what to do under the water until now. So very helpful to see the underwater view. I’ll be at a beach house with a pool in October and I’m already looking forward to water exercise with PoolFit for the entire week. I highly recommend this app.Show lessJbxxbj
