I’ve had a pool in my backyard for the last 20 years, and I just started really enjoying it in the last two months. That’s because I finally started using it instead of just floating around in it. I’m not much of a swimmer, so I was interested in the PoolFit app, because it didn’t involve swimming. I started with the exercises that didn’t involve any equipment. Then, I became intrigued with the exercises that involved foam dumbbells, a flotation belt, and a pool noodle. Every time I got a new piece of equipment, it opened up a whole new set of exercises. I keep a notebook and jot down my thoughts after each of the exercises. I’m having a lot of fun!
