Stole my money
This app has mishandled my funds and failed to provide adequate support. I downloaded the app a few years ago, made deposits, and purchased cryptocurrency. I primarily used it to monitor my portfolio over time and did not attempt any withdrawals until recently. When I tried to withdraw a small amount, the app did not process my request, despite being quick to accept my deposits years ago.
I have not engaged in any activities that could violate the platform’s terms, as I have solely used the app to track my investments. However, my withdrawal request was denied, and I have received no explanation or support despite numerous emails to their customer service. The lack of response has left me with no choice but to consider legal action to recover my funds. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Don’t put your money here. Use a different app. You can even get on the phone with anyone.

I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I am beyond disappointed with this app. How or why Apple would continue to have this app available is beyond me. Maybe they get a kick back? Back in mid 2021 I made 3 separate purchases. My first 2 went through without a hitch. No issues. The 3rd however is where the problem started. Made a $50 purchase and all though the crypto was added to my account the funding stalled. I tried several times to pay the negative balance to bring the account up to date with zero luck. I contacted support and I was told they were having issues so I just forgot about it. Now after two plus years I still can’t fund the account even after jumping through all their verification hoops. Customer support stated to sell crypto so I could fund the negative balance on the account which is fine but it won’t allow me to sell either so I’m basically stuck. Luckily I didn’t invest much but I still lost $65 after funding if that were even possible. FIND A BETTER WAY TO BLOW YOUR MONEY!! Skip this app 100%

stole my money . SCAM!!!
for the past 2 years whenever i try to withdraw my money i get an error so i emailed them about it and got left on read every time. And when they did reply they tell me they looking into it and then months would go by. after months of trying i was finally able to get in touch with a representative and after multiples emails back and forward and making me jump many hops, the rep email me out the blue and told me they shutting down my account and there’s nothing they can do. And just like that 16k stolen by this scam of a company. do not deposit your money with them, they won’t allow you to withdraw it EVER.

Still going strong
After all these years, anchorusd is one of the few crypto platforms that never did me wrong.. was always able to earn and move funds quickly and easily. Unfortunately they have now announced that they will no longer service customers from my state, so I had to remove all my funds. Fortunately that was pain free.. but I’ll miss AnchorUSD.

It seems to me that Anchor is making major efforts to improve their services. I’ve had some issues in the past but I’ve used for a long time and overall every issue has been eventually resolved. Currently I think they are doing a lot better with transfers etc so I hope they keep this up!

Can’t transfer my money out, it’s stuck
At the moment I am unable to transfer money out of this wallet. I keep getting messages like your funds are not available or I have transactions pending. I DO NOT have pending transactions. This is a farce and I have spent nearly a month now trying to gett my money out of this wallet. All communication to the help desk has gone unanswered to date. If this wallet wants to get better reviews it’s gonna have to service it’s investors better.
Update: When I did get instructions I checked the boxes they asked me too and opened my wallet and every transaction disappeared, nothing from support yet. Very disappointed. Seems many others are having problems with ADA, which was my largest bag. Inside job?
