Had some issues but eventually they were resolved
I’m trying to understand that a lot of these companies are getting huge upticks in user base and are not use to dealing with the amount of traffic they are getting over the past few weeks. With that being said it did take a few days but my issues were resolved. NYS don’t have to many options for crypto so I do wish this company much success and look forward to updates and adding more crypto for trading!

I love this App!!!
User interface is easy to use and understand. You can do limit orders. Earn daily interest on your US Dollar balance and Crypto in your wallet. Everything about this app is better than Coinbase. Though there is a lag when withdrawing and depositing funds, everything eventually gets through. I’ve had to contact support through twitter and they were able to resolve everything. People bashing on this app need to be more patient and less rude! Its best to transfer funds/crypto late at night when the network isn’t as congested. If they can improve their support wait times and alleviate transfers getting stuck/lagging, there would really be no competition!

Promising but having some teething troubles
Updated review: Initial impressions of this app were positive - well designed, easy to use, no commission fees (albeit the buy/sell prices are slightly worse than elsewhere as a result). I did experience problems trying to move coins off the platform to a wallet, which seems to be due to the surge of interest in crypto of late. Support seems to be overwhelmed but in fairness did help me within a couple of days. For now be mindful about putting too much money into this app, but it does show promise as a platform for obtaining altcoins not available at Coinbase and the other big exchanges.

You won’t get verified so don’t even waste your time
I’ve been trying for over 2 weeks now to make it to verification level 2 which only requires you put in your ssn. everywhere you read on anchor is claims to verify you in seconds, well not for everyone. my roommate and i downloaded the app at the same time and went thru the verification mumbo jumbo at the same time as well and yet i’m still waiting for verification. I’ve sent a few emails to their “customer support” and while it says they’re working on it, it’s pretty obvious they aren’t. all the help forums i’ve read said they should’ve gotten back to me by now and still nothing.
Many of you will look past my comment as just a fluke but do you really want this response time when something eventually goes wrong on your app?

Unable to withdraw funds or transfer assets. Support Team are MIA.
It has been weeks from the time of writing this review that I am unable to withdraw my funds or transfer my assets. Each transaction has been pending and has not fully been executed. Blockchain/Crypto technology shouldn’t take weeks or months which some have reported via Twitter feed. What makes this even more bothersome is the fact that their support team never gets back to you and has gone MIA. When I first signed up for their App a couple of months ago the service appeared to be top-notch with a couple of flaws that were being addressing. In the last 4-6 weeks from now, I don’t know what happened. Their service is completely horrible; having your funds locked up on their platform and not being able to access it is very unsettling especially when their support team is not communicating with you or at least publically addressing the issue so their customers can feel comfortable. Many have been reporting withdrawal and transfer issues and some are saying they haven’t experienced it. Either way, it’s a chance you’ll be taking. After their lack of transparency, I am no longer a fan. I suggest you proceed with caution in using their service. Very disappointing.

No Support- Beware
First off, the app itself needs some serious improvements to be considered a reliable exchange; mostly in terms of its outdated UI and generic looking charts. Not to mention its prices lag well behind other exchanges.
The main reason Im writing this though is that Ive had an outstanding coin withdrawel that has not even been processed, let alone completed, for 72 hours now. Multiple support tickets and still no answer while they have temporarily (maybe permanently?) stolen my money. With how fast crypto market moves this is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. One look at twitter and it seems many are having the same issue. Wont be trusting them again anytime soon after this mess.

No fees great support
I discovered this app since I was searching for a new wallet. Used to use Coinbase wallet and I was not happy with it.
Recently my account got hacked and within minutes of realizing it I emailed support and right away they responded back with locking my account down and resetting it. I was shocked at how fast they responded at 1 am. Another great security feature they have is that you need to verify each address before they will let you withdraw anything. The hacker made numerous attempts to withdraw and since he couldn’t get any address verified he gave up. Fairly good experience with the support staff😊. but I’m still unsure how I got hacked
