Easy to use and you gain interest!!!
I am kind of new to the crypto market and wallets are such a pain, you have to buy one coin to buy into other coins you want. With this app I buy the coin I want like buying stocks, my normally gig, and I gain better interest on my cash and coins than a traditional bank. I’m about to take my disposable cash from the bank and drop it all in Ancherusd just for the interest!! I bought a bunch of ADA and this app gives me interest on that as well! Win win here!!

Worst app, don't get it!
Literally the worst app ever!! Do NOT get it!!! It's a scam! You've been warned. I transferred $400 from my bank to my anchor usd wallet ONCE and they took money out of my bank account TWICE, but didn't even put the extra $400 they withdrew without my permission in my anchor wallet. Now I'm trying to fight it with my bank. Also, I withdrew $294 four days ago to be put in my bank account and it still says "transfer in progress." Why on earth should it take this long to give me MY money?! And there are a LOT of complaints about this app; terrible reviews but leaving it five stars. How is that possible? In reality, this app's rating is much lower than it looks. Anchor give me my money!!!! $694!!!! Save yourself guys!

Horrible support. Can not withdraw my money
I started using this app a little over a month ago. I had tried withdrawing my money which was only 2,000 usd after I made my initial deposit over 2 weeks ago and the money has been removed from my bank account for over a week now. Every time I try to withdraw it tells me I have a pending deposit that has not cleared which is not accurate at all like I said the only deposit I have made was removed and taken out of my bank account for well over 7 business days. I contacted support 5 times within the past 4 days and have not received any reply or any help. I would not recommend anyone to use this app. Keep your money safe

No issues thus far
Very happy with my time on AnchorUSD. Haven’t had any issues with transferring money into my bank and making purchases. Hoping that anyone who has had those issues will get resolved in time. I know that there is a huge amount of people starting to flood these crypto apps and this isn’t the only app supposedly lagging in customer support. I see this as a credible app because of its support through IBM and it made me feel much more secure on taking a chance on a newer mobile app. I would say this app is great for investing, The interest has been great and always come through my account daily. I wouldn’t recommend to someone who is trading often because the withdrawal times are slow right now and graphs are a bit off in current market price. I’m hoping that this will get fixed in time. Overall I am pleased and can’t wait to see what updates and coins they add in the future.

Great for buying. Horrible for selling. This app cost me HUGE!
There’s promise here. The app is mostly intuitive to use, my buy limit orders were executed perfectly, but other than that support is nonexistent and Anchor has cost me a lot of money because it refuses to allow me to sell any coins I’ve bought through it. After buying a coin and setting a sell limit order, the coin reached that amount but never triggered the sale. I tried a slightly lower amount, didn’t work. I then tried a simple market order sell. Nothing. I contacted supported and got back a generic email saying they’ll look into it. Time is passing and the coin lost its value and now I’m out big time on money. Thanks Anchor!
Oh, and I’ve also been trying to send some coins I bought through this app to my wallet but I get an error message every time saying I need to wait 2-3 days before funds clear and can be sent. It’s been 2 weeks since I deposited money and bought through this app so this clearly will never work. Terrible.

Takes forever to open portfolio
Everything about this app is great especially the apy and the zero fees. The fact that this app works in New York is a huge plus especially with the amount of cryptocurrencies they carry. Another pro is that it carries a limited amount of stock but I’m assuming that’s not the reason most people are using this app. However, a few crucial quality of life updates are needed before it should be rated 5 stars. Some of the biggest flaws include the inability to see cost average, very long portfolio load time, buggy and inaccurate graphs, and inability to search crypto instead of scrolling down a long list.

Looking worse and worse
I hear that you should be patient with them because of all the new popularity, heres been my experience so far, i got verified quick, great, got a couple coin and after a bit of time i sold them, alright cool. I go to withdraw the money now that i could use it and... 2-3 day wait. Alright, not a problem, i wait... and i wait some more, 3weeks go by, whats up? I send in a ticket which doesnt get answered, so I message the twitter, they get back and say the money from my bank has to be verified, i mean... alright i had to send money from my bank to buy coin but okay, i show proof of my bank approving a new transfer. Im told wait till Tuesday to withdraw and everything will work fine. Tuesday comes along, more problems spring now. Not only can i not withdraw what i earned, im being shown that the coin i sold i now equally owe back money for? I message the twitter again, im ignored, few more days pass, im ignored, now im writing a review to say: dont, its not worth it, they took my $50, Ive seen some people say their $2000 on reddit is gone, dont use this, if you want a crypto currency app use coinbase.

They are stealing your money
I downloaded anchor and bought a pretty substantial amount of crypto about a month ago. A couple weeks ago I decided the stock/crypto game was not for me.
I attempted to withdraw funds, and it will not let me. I have contacted support servers times over the past couple weeks without even a “we are busy and we will get to you when we can” response.
They haven’t made any attempt to rectify the situation, they’ve made no PSA’s regarding what may be happening and as far as I’m concerned they are running off with my money. I not only highly recommend using another app for your crypto needs, but also maybe leave a negative review of your own as to maybe nudge the developers and owners of the company to do the right thing.

Up and Coming
I signed up a few weeks ago and I was verified instantly unlike the other platforms.
Customer support has been non responsive at least for me, but it might be because they are still dealing with the sudden influx of new users from the past weeks. I had no issues depositing, buying, and selling, however, I’ve been having trouble sending my crypto to another wallet. I also transferred back some funds to my bank, but it still shown up. I’m still waiting for their response from email or Twitter.
With all that said, I plan to stick with AnchorUSD. AnchorUSD is still a pretty new platform which gives them a lot of room for growth and improvements as soon as they work out the kinks. Just be patient.

Verification?
Still waiting for my verification level upgrade to 2 and 3. Sent all my verification files and sensitive information too, alongside notifications to customer support for an update. It has been 2 weeks and still no update or reply. After three weeks I’ll have no choice but to delete my account as it is just a sitting brick at that point.
I think it is safe to say that this app is a bust. Or I’m just the unfortunate American citizen who gave their SSN, driver license, and proof of address away to prove my existence, under the impression that verification time is under 1 week. Then again maybe it is a good thing to be spared from the frustrations of lack of support. Other places can now take my money instead of here.
