Terrible app
Never had an issue with anything RECONYX until now. This new app is terrible, I constantly have to delete the app and upload to view my pictures. Then repeat the very next time a new pic comes thru.angryhunter7

On iPhone they say it’s a known problem. So fix it! You have to delete the app, shut down your phone, then reinstall every time it happens. At least once a day. In that order. Terrible app for a very expensive camera.WriterDB

We are using the camera on Timelapse mode to monitor our construction site because our
site is too remote for us to visit very frequently. Works great and pictures are perfect, we just wish there was a way to monitor on a desktop computer to view bigger photos and/or to select and delete groups of photos at one time through the app because we are taking pics every 15 minutes and often need to delete about 40 photos a day after logging progress and it is kind of tedious one at a time. Great app though!Hethen57

Bug about deleting individual pics from my prior review was fixed in the current update. It’s pretty much perfect for me now. No complaints.BluestreakNC
Touch ID
App works well. Would be nice not to have to sign in every time and just use Touch ID or face recognition on iPhones or allow it to remember me on this device.ajfmn83

The app works but no sound plays when I get a picture. Everything on my iphone is turned on. I contacted Apple and they said it is probably an app issue. The notifications themselves appear. But no sound.
UPDATE-we installed the app update yesterday 8/12/2020 and it now works correctly. Thank you!!Tracy620
