Sends slowly, but works
I send 1-3 page long faxes maybe 4 times a year, so buying a subscription would be insane. I love being able to open this app, pay a reasonable fee and send faxes. Thus far, my intended recipients have received them at least on the day they were sent and often quite promptly. The bureaucracy of some larger organizations can cause delays of faxes reaching the correct person or dept. That happens whether using a traditional fax machine or e-fax. The 4 stars is because it took about 5 minutes to send a 2-page fax today. Most of the time, it is much quicker. Please don’t change this to a subscription plan!Show lessSWFLuser
Best by the page fax service
Don’t fax many documents on a regular basis. But I found the perfect app for my situation. Easy to use and easy to pay for. Done by buying credits at a discounted rates sent three pages for just $0.80 cents a page. Cheaper then going to the UPS store, when they charge $5 for the first page and $0.50 for every page after the first. For those that need to send a fax once a month or once every other month or just to send a one time fax. This is the perfect app!Show lessdcdjshoe1

I have tried many faxing applications and they just were either too much money or they didn’t work right. This application works correctly. Also, you buy credits so you can fax. Your credit stay in your account until you use them. I guarantee you’ll love this application, just like I do.Pat112Eva
Life raft
This app is like a life raft on an ocean vessel, you don’t use the raft every day; but when it’s needed, you need something that you can rely on. I have used this from the beginning, I think and the developer has always been there to answer a question when needed. It is easy, point your cell camera at the item to fax and what could be easier. First day and I am pleased with the program and with the company that is ready and willing to help “if” you have any difficulties. Mine was a typo fax number; but after realizing the error, the program worked flawlessly. I am thrilled to have a fax program that is not a hook in the cheek subscription as I do not fax on a daily basis; but when I do I don’t want to pay a whole month to do it. I recommend this app 👍👍 I would like to be able to select .doc files, not just pdf. I ended up scanning snd saving as pdf, little more work, but at least I finished doing what I wanted, which was sending a fax. Best fax app I have used, 5

It takes paying attention to all the steps the first time you use it. I made the mistake of entering my phone number in the beginning rather than the number I was faxing to because I didn’t read the word “To”. Once I did it worked perfectly. It does take some time to transmit the data, but now that I know that I will be more patient. It’s a great system if you only occasionally have to fax something. The other apps want you to subscribe to monthly or annual subscriptions that you have to remember to cancel. Perfect app for the occasional user.Show lessRetired but still travelling

I’ve had this App for years now and it works great. It’s also honest about keeping one’s Fax Credits over time- Just don’t lose that password & login email ! It’s a must for any software App. Even though I’ve ported it to new iPhones- iPads- My Credits are still here. It’s just a matter of reading carefully to login after not using it for a long time. Honesty & Integrity seem to be in short supply these days, so even though it would make more money, putting a time limit on credits, it definitely would upset many people who rarely use a fax service, like me. This would put long term corporate viability in jeopardy at the expense of short term revenue. As one never knows when it may become necessary to send a large volume of Faxes for any reason that might arise.Show lessMUGGLI1

I researched a bunch of options but am so glad I found this app/service. I rarely need to fax so this is very convenient. The only issue seems to be the resolution. My recipient couldn’t read a number on a very important document so it appears this sends at a lower resolution with no option I could find to increase it. Has only been an issue once among many uses, so I still use and highly recommend this fax app.Show lessJimHSCOM
