Best fax app available!
I have tried so many of the different faxing apps until I found this one and then I looked no more. It is so easy to use and always sends my faxes correctly. It’s also the best one to attach a clear photo if you’re faxing one. I tried sending a picture with others and it was just a black-and-white blur. Another thing I really like is you buy only the amount of credits that you need to send a fax. The other apps wanted me to buy a certain amount a week or a month or a big bundle which isn’t unnecessary if you don’t fax very often. I use this app to fax questions to my parent’s doctor. It’s so much easier than calling getting voicemail or holding to speak to someone.Show lessSashi621

At the time of writing this my second attempt has had the yellow circle spinning now for over 44 min…nuts..my first try was for 24 minutes. For seven pages including the cover page of an insurance reimbursement for. No pictures. Oh wait…it just went through after 46 min. Well, I hope it will and only time will tell when I reach out to the insurance company to see if they got it….probably should have gone to the UPS store, it would have cost less in both time and money.Show lessRoaty54

First day and I am pleased with the program and with the company that is ready and willing to help “if” you have any difficulties. Mine was a typo fax number; but after realizing the error, the program worked flawlessly. I am thrilled to have a fax program that is not a hook in the cheek subscription as I do not fax on a daily basis; but when I do I don’t want to pay a whole month to do it. I recommend this app 👍👍
I would like to be able to select .doc files, not just pdf. I ended up scanning snd saving as pdf, little more work, but at least I finished doing what I wanted, which was sending a fax. Best fax app I have used, 5 🌟Show lessOhHenree

Oh my lord! This was a nail biting most stressful frisking task!!! I HAD to get this thing in by 5:00! And it’s Friday! It took so long I thought it was my phone so I finally figured out how to delete or stop the fax. Something also very difficult to do. That cost me 1.98. So I thought to try one more time thinking I would be able to use my $1.98 again. Oh no I had to pay again for my one page front and back, considered to be 2 pages. That one would not stop aping so I had to grab keys run to nearest fax. They were closed!! Went to another store. . I faxed costing me ANOTHER $3.98!!!! AND it was ten minutes late which means they won’t get until Monday like I said. Just unbelievable! I used to use efax. Was free and so easy. Gave you so many free then you’d have to pay, but but the free was a lot. They don’t do that anymore darn itShow lessLee Ann Gloria

Three things- 1. Very affordable and ability to pay as needed instead of an ongoing subscription for something you may use infrequently 2. Very easy to use - simple step by step app 3. Ability to send files, photos of documents and has a built in scan feature so regardless of what needs sent there is a way to upload it from the phone. Highly recommend!Show lesshappyinholly

I have used this app for over a year and found it to be the perfect solution for someone who needs to send an occasional fax. They provide Great service, super easy to use, pay only for what you use platform for faxing services from home or anywhere. I downloaded several Fax apps and they all wanted an expensive monthly subscription. That doesn’t work for me because I send one fax per decade. Ease Fax allows you to send fax on a credit, which makes it easy to send one fax. Now I know how easy it is to fax with Ease Fax, maybe I’ll do it more often.Show lessEhhhh i hate this app

This app is so user friendly that there is no way you can mess up. The instructions walk you through each step of the way and the price of the fax is much cheaper than if I had to put my jacket on, drive all the way to fed ex, and wait forever to use their fax machine. This app is so easy to use. I love that it is not a subscription. You can buy the exact number of credits you need to send your fax. Also, the customer support is incredibly efficient.
