Paid 1 credit with Apple ID. Saw a comment where they told someone else there is no support button. Untrue. It appears next to “why is it taking so long” while fax is being sent.Meezie11

THE one!
I only had to fax less than 5 pages. This app was the only one I found that didn’t cost an arm and a leg! I also loved that I didn’t have to go drive in traffic, park, wait in line and finally fax these medical records. This was a major time saver!Mrs. Panicked
Great First Impression!
Like others, I do not fax enough to warrant a subscription app. Saw this app with pay-as-you fax, good reviews, and most important - HIPAA compliancy. The more credits you buy, the cheaper per page price. Just faxed a test cover page to my office fax for 49 cents and it worked great -- I'm very pleased!Show lessCatS&H

Selected this app because there was no subscription requirement. Since we seldom fax paying by the page is a better option for us.
Initially I had a problem sending a fax.
I contacted support and they responded right away. My problem was resolved and fax sent.SputhernYankee

Or $.80 per page for just a few pages… if you only send one fax in your lifetime from your mobile device, you can trust these developers to deliver it.
I just wish more companies like this would advertise up front vs having it say “in-app purchases”. So as of June 2021, these prices are current.

Exactly and I mean exactly what I needed
I send only 1 or 2 faxes a year. I had to appeal to medicare. They gave me about 4 hours to respond by letter and it had to be faxed. It took me about 5 min to install and transfer a file to be faxed and it made it to the appeal judge without driving to Fedex or Office Depot and cost me $.99. Great bargin!Show lessRHPLaptop
The fax everyone should have
I was looking for an easy to use fax app for my phone but everyone wants you “join” and pay monthly fees. I don’t know when the next time I will need this will be but I know I will eventually. I’d rather have it an not need it than need it an not have it however, I’m NOT paying a monthly fee! THIS IS THE FAX APP YOU WANT. Easy, pay as you go, logs of your faxes. Update: The app does not sync between my iPad and my iPhone . I faxed on my iPad and my three credits are still there and the fax actually went through successfully. When I go to the app on the iPhone it’s like I’ve never did anything.
My iPhone shows zero credits . I paid for five faxes. I send one fax with 2 pages. It said it was sent but they never receive fax. I go back to re-fax and I have no credits or evidence of my old fax. The app has no customer support.
Response to your comments : There is no app support in the app. None of the buttons work except for the button to fax and the button to pay money. There is no button for app support.Show lessG Bruce

Hello, We are sorry for the bad experience, you can view the status of your old faxes in the fax logs in fax status screen. Please write to us by clicking “Need Help?” button in fax status screen so that we can identify your account and reinstate the credits, as we don’t track / collect email of our users for privacy concerns. Lots of customers rely on Ease Fax for occasional faxing needs and we are certainly not a scam :).
