Not very good
As with so many things that LATAM tries to do, the APP almost meets expectation but, alas, falls short leaving one with the disappointment of what could have been. It is the same when using the website, checking in, boarding or flying, everything is almost but not quite.Oh Ya So What
Not very good customer support
The app is not the best but is normal after many companies became online only support, or no support at all.
You can’t found simple solution in the app the phone contact is worst with an automatic reply who leave you nowhere, absolutely waist of time.

Can I give negative stars?
Do not recommend, never works, spends hours trying to bring up my latam pass miles information. Tried to search for one way ticket but it keeps changing the dates by itself, just stupid.

Creating a new account & locating purchased ticket
After downloading the app, it’s not possible to create a new account on the first page. Eventually, I was able to after multiple errors trying to login an option to create an account appeared. Next, it’s not possible to locate a purchased ticket. The box appears for a moment then disappears. I’ll have to access my account on a desktop to locate my ticket.Show lessSP.EP
Horrible service
The app does not accept international (Canadian) credit cards. I wasted 2.5 hours reserving with multiple failures. Do not book with them if you’re using an international credit card.Michael Morsillo

Crap App
One of the worst apps of air companies I have used. I cannot see my boarding pass, the app crash every second. I imagine hose many security flaws it must have. You should take some programming classes to your devs!EudisAnjos

Recently the site and mobile app cannot search airfares. The United app is good example what an airline app should be, almost everything that can be done on desktop can be done on the app. Enable copy and paste info such as Latam pass number.

Your app doesn’t work on bookings the screen shakes I have tried multiple times booking online same problem on pc also so always have to call on phone which is expensiveSinsava
