  • Terrible app can’t get the job done

    I can’t add credit card from another country and I can’t register a passenger with different other countries documentation. Also can’t buy a multi city ticket either
  • Disturbingly unsatisfied

    It has been the worst experience of our lives, at Sydney airport we stood in line for
    8hrs they said we were going, then they said we were not going, then we went to board the plane and they told us we had no seats applied to us,
    I will tell you more when I get back home after talking to a solicitor, I can tell you, this is not right, by the way our suit cases are in South America and we are still here at Sydney airport.

  • Shocking service

    Absolutely shocking service, flights cancelled and delayed, and absolutely no communication at all. You got ALL passenger details and not even an email!! And the app absolutely useless, wouldn’t even update.
  • Awful experience from online account to flight

    So difficult logging in with the app, keeps saying service not available! Keeps getting time out. Has contact numbers that are no longer in service! So poor.
    Airplane was so old and run down!
  • It used to be good

    Almost no help whatsoever for check in. Costumers have to do everything, self service with no one willing to help. The best you can get is a someone telling you where to go a what machine to and if you’re stuck with the check in then good luck.
    After that you have to take your luggage to the scale and wait for someone to collect it.
    Maybe next time they will ask you to take it to the plane.

  • Their online booking system is not functioning

    Be it in-cell app, web browser, or even browser you open on a computer, it won’t let you buy a ticket. After you enter card details and clock next, it shows an error 100% of the time even when you clean cookies. The error says: “ Tuvimos un problema
    Por motivos de seguridad no pudimos realizar el pago de tu compra.” As a result they extort you for additional 30$+ to pay for the service of buying a ticket in the airport or by phone.

  • Potential to be very useful

    But having just travelled 28hrs using four flights the app is still showing ‘your boarding pass will be with you shortly!’
    So we had to print off all the paperwork defeating the object of the app.
  • Multiple errors

    Does not complete credit card payments - nor does the website. Rejects postcodes that are not numbers only, even when set to a country where postcodes include letters.

    Absolutely a joke!
    Costumer service 0! The agents are complete lost they have no idea of anything, useless and they don’t help at all. No service in Australia and they rip you off when purchase extra luggage with the excuse that they have problems in the system and then they charge you and don’t give you any extra luggage or refund. Nobody take responsibility over the phone or worse by email. Stay away from this company! now changed to BAD!
    Used to be one of the best in the old days as Lan Chile. Now is a disgrace!
