Very poor app and airline
I select seats and then it deletes seats from the connecting flight! What the hell? I had selected nice seats and then it just deletes them and now I can only get back row. Very annoyed at this terrible airline. Planes are filthy too. Do betterbbsk
Accessing app
I can’t access the app. It doesn’t move forward when I enter email and password. And it doesn’t give me a notification window about the problem.Onurbio74737282

Frustrating
Impossible to recover your account. Even though an email was sent and a new pw was set, I simply cannot login to my account (or create a new one since they confirm the info already exists in the other account). When compared to AA or Delta, this app really seems to be years behind.bbjunho
Crashes eternallly
Have deleted, reinstalled and logged in several times and the app just crashes or gets stuck loading every time. I’m sure it’s wonderful if you’re ever able to log into it…nakedideas
Misleading Information
All was good with this app until a day before my flight the hours shown were changed, had to call customer service thinking there was a change which I wasn’t told about, but the representative told me there was no changes to my flight, still the app said different hours which made absolutely no sense at all.Show lessSil.Ter
Embarrassingly amateur app
Almost unbelievable the amount of bugs and errors in the app. Frustratingly difficult just to log into your account and add trips due to the amount of error messages. Extremely slow to load at every turn, constant error messages. Was this made by an actual professional development team because it seems they spent about $50 on it and then just launched it?Show lessMikeappstore
Not working anymore

Recently the site and mobile app cannot search airfares. The United app is good example what an airline app should be, almost everything that can be done on desktop can be done on the app. Enable copy and paste info such as Latam pass number.jcc33178
