Should offer a better navigation experience
Difficult to “go” and “return” to the previous page and also the app should allow the passenger to easily select a seat. I prefer window but the app always come with a pre selected seat that I have never managed to change.Platinum client
Useless
Worst app ever. It keeps crashing when I try to pick seats. If you try to manage your reservation, it sends you the website. So what’s the point of the app? Learn to manage one’s patience? It does a pretty good job in that regard.asf23%@#3

Navigation is impossible
I can’t book a flight because the app and the web site is down I think from New Zealand, I’ve been here 8 months and I have never been able to navigate the site or the app, it refreshes every second and does not show results for flights.Ailinne1
Dreadful communication and service
The communication from this airline is dreadful. Had my flight turned away from Auckland airport and there was no service offered going back to Sydney. Not even a cup of water. Nothing while the hosties ate and drank in the galley.
DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE UNLESS YOURE DESPERATE!!!POOR POOR!

I’m from Canada and this was my First time flying with latam and I so happy about the flight Attendent service … 4hours fly São Paulo to Santiago and it was absolutely wonderful !!! Thank you 🙏🇨🇦Gilberto Palmeiras
Horrible app
As a Latampass elite member (black signature), this app just doesn’t work AT ALL.
I rarely use it, all I do is contact special services to get things done. It has been years now, and I am surprised an airline like Latam doesn’t invest in a “decent” app.Nicolas I. Parra
Worst airline in the world. If could rate 0 starts I would do it…
If you are thinking of traveling again with this airline for you peace of mind do not do it.
They cancelled our flight from Colombia to Australia due to the flooding situation in New Zealand even though our itinerary red Santiago de Chile to Sydney. We didn’t stop there.
Then they just washed their hands and didn’t open a new flight for us because of the situation.
Now we are waiting two weeks to get back home. We have got our new flights with our local agent back in Australia. LATAM PEOPLE DIDN’T CARE ABOUT OUR SITUATION….
