Good VPN , bad service
I bought the vpn service and began using it very smoothly for the first month. But the good thing doesn’t last long. Now I can’t get connected and problems remained unsolved for more than a week. The after service is slow and ineffective. It even informed me that my service has expired. The speed of servers are acceptable but the main issue I have is disconnecting in iOS after a couple of minutes of inactivity and blocking the internet connection till you turn the display on again! More annoying is the technical support which told me they won’t give support to the countries with international sanctions!!! Who else would use a VPN service?!Show lessOmidhom

Works even when you don’t want it to
The vpn works well over wifi but tries to engage on mobile data, resulting in poor or no connectivity. It doesn’t have a clear option to disconnect permanently (until manually reconnecting), unlike NordVPN which I used previously - nordVPN being a significantly more expensive but more robust and complete package.
I noticed this as after downloading messages often wouldn’t send without wifi. I pay for my subscription but have resorted to deleting the app and reinstalling when I need it.
If these issues aren’t fixed by the end of my subscription period (2 year), I will consider moving back to nordVPN.Show lessbarrelynick

Always shows me as being in Tehran
I tried using this to make it look like I'm in Turkey. However, Google detected it as Tehran, Iran. So then I started experimenting with the other server locations provided in the app: Thailand, Israel, India, Belgium, Switzerland, and others. It don't work; The location is always completely off; I showed up as from California, the Netherlands, Mexico, … just never any of the places I actually picked.
