The Premium version doesn’t unblock YouTube.
Works even when you don’t want it to
The vpn works well over wifi but tries to engage on mobile data, resulting in poor or no connectivity. It doesn’t have a clear option to disconnect permanently (until manually reconnecting), unlike NordVPN which I used previously - nordVPN being a significantly more expensive but more robust and complete package.
I noticed this as after downloading messages often wouldn’t send without wifi. I pay for my subscription but have resorted to deleting the app and reinstalling when I need it.
If these issues aren’t fixed by the end of my subscription period (2 year), I will consider moving back to nordVPN.

Texas is the worst
I had to get this app because of the Texas ban on adult websites. Anyone else here from Texas
Bugs after update
After updating, “Tap to connect” does not work in OpenVPN mode. Please fix it
Always shows me as being in Tehran
I tried using this to make it look like I'm in Turkey. However, Google detected it as Tehran, Iran. So then I started experimenting with the other server locations provided in the app: Thailand, Israel, India, Belgium, Switzerland, and others. It don't work; The location is always completely off; I showed up as from California, the Netherlands, Mexico, … just never any of the places I actually picked. Does not work to circumvent geo blocking.

Can’t pay for it
I’ve tried several different methods to make a payment but it always gets rejected. I think that their payment system has been taken down and that’s why no form of payment will work. So I moved on to angel vpn and had no problems in paying.
It’s okay got some complaints though
I can’t use snapchat or facebook messenger with it, it doesn’t send or receive snaps, so i turn it on at night and off at day!!

I hope to add router management options on the mobile side as well, so that I can choose which apps not to use with the VPN!

Contact is impossible
Can’t login and when trying to contact support it takes so long to respond. Previous response took 4 hours. I have been waiting 8 hours since my last response. They claim 24/7 support but I think if you have to wait 8 hours for a response it’s not 24/7. Will be cancelling and getting refund
