Terrible VPN app

When I first downloaded the app, I tried to create an account and it stated that I already had an account. I have no proof of it being in my email or nothing. The point is this app is terrible and I highly recommend not choosing this app for a VPN.

Its not letting me sign up. It’s saying “unfortunately you cannot use this email, please try again later” please explain

It’s a good vpn

It has worked so far on iOS along with a solid connection. It does what I need it to do. At least in china where Google is block it does good at unblocking it. However, I have found that only the Netherlands sever actually works. There is another problem in which some times the vpn just does not connect no matter what I try. But the problems still fixes it self in about an hour if I just leave it alone. In conclusion it is a solid vpn that does what i need it to do. I would recommend it to a friend

Privado VPN

It is a great VPN Recommend!

Not bad,also not good enough

I am currently located in mainland China. And the connection experience is kinda mess. When I am connected, the VPN works nicely and fast. But it’s a bit hard to get connected, most of the time almost all servers are in bad signal(red), and an error message bumps up when trying to connect to the server. Consider the pricing of Privado, a 4 star rating should suit it well.

Deactivated my account without notice

I subbed for a month, stopped subbing for two weeks because I was camping in the mountains without Internet, all of a sudden my account is deactivated, can’t re-sub or even use the free version anymore, well you don’t want my business I will go somewhere else.

Works but drains my iPad battery

Have been using this VPN abroad for less than 3 weeks and whilst it enables me to connect to websites that otherwise refuse me because of my location, the drain on my iPad battery is unbelievable. I have even seen my battery continue to reduce even when connected to a power source and it continues to drain even after I disconnect the VPN and close the app. Rebooting my iPad stops the ongoing drain until the next time I fire up PrivadoVPN.

Don’t have a proper bank account

I have got much benefit from your free vpn service and I do like it very much. I keep receiving the reminder to upgrade but I don’t have the proper bank account here to buy and pay for your service . How frustrated and sorry I am ! Thank you very much for your nice service !
