Works great
The app works great, no major issues so far. I am deducting one star due to the fact the app doesn’t have a temperature graph over time. this feature is available on many smart temperatures devices and is really useful for monitoring pit temps over time and stall temps in meat.
Useless WiFi Function
I like the BBQ Guru device, but this app is horrible. Can only monitor through Bluetooth, not even sure what the point of the WiFi function is. I’ve tried adding the device on the web portal as well to no avail, horrendous instructions that don’t work. I paid extra for the Ultra thinking I can download the app, connect to WiFi and go, but obviously not the case. Save your money and you’re better off with the Digiq DX3 instead of this overpriced combo.
The app also needs constant force closing anytime the Bluetooth is out of range and comes back into range.

Misleading
Says it’s for cloud controlled apps. I have a Cyberq Cloud and it doesn’t work. Shame on BBQ Guru for not supporting older customers
