Very unhelpful
I have been trying to reactivate my pool cards and I can’t figure out how to do so in this app. I can’t get any help from anyone to get it done. I have my 7 year old grandson visiting in two weeks and it’s on of the things he is looking forward to. Please help me with this. I am so confused by this app.Show lessBubba-D11

I can’t upload my home improvement request for weeks . I can’t reach anyone . It says download the app which I already have . This is absolutely terrible!S.j!!!
NOT sending password reset emails
This stupid thing remains to have the same issue! I ALWAYS check my spam mail and NEVER get the instructions to reset my password, which makes the app USELESS.AvoidPennymacatallcost
Spectrum App not working at all
The app is not working at all now. I don’t know if it was your update or maybe it’s not compatible with Apple’s recent patches to iOS. I used the app about 3 weeks ago and it worked fine, now when I run it it just closes. I tried deleting app, reboot my device, reinstalling app. Nothing!lasweetmd
