  • Waste of Time/Doesn’t Work

    Have tried many times to register on this app to no avail. Typed in all the required fields correctly (& even the optional fields) but the “Register” button doesn’t function…ever.

  • Difficult to Use

  • Needs improvements

    A lot of links open an in-browser dialog. I’d rather everything be a native iOS app experience and communicate with any remote server via API calls.

    I’m also not a fan of how difficult it was to setup autopay. You have to manually input an amount. Why not be whatever amount is due?

  • App is broken

    I have t been able to successfully open the app since 11/21

    Nay Ree, it seems like you don't have the most up-to-date version of the app. The easiest fix is to delete the app and then reinstall it from the app store. If this doesn't work, please reach out to us at contact@spectrumam.com.
  • Horrible customer service

    Spectrum has the worst customer service. All they provide is an email to contact them or management, then no one ever calls back. They're ON-POINT with hitting residents with violations, but the communication from us to them is a mess, or rather, non-existing. Then billing... I set up my account to have recurring payments cause I don't have time to be checking all my billing accounts every day of the month. Now I'm getting charged monthly for my quarterly assessment. I've been over-charged $1,300 over my annual dues and no way of recovering that money. I'm overpaid by over 3 yrs.

  • Can’t log on

    Try to log on and it says “password or email incorrect,” …I have had the same email address since 1996.
    So I click on “forgot password” it said “no account associated with this email.”
    Okay, so I click on “register” for an account…guess what it said, yup “there is already an account registered to this email address”…lol.

  • An app worthy of the organization

    Title is not a compliment. Like the website, often get stuck in login loops. Disorganized like the clown show which is Spectrum Association Management

  • Don’t follow through

    We are about to hit a year buying our home and in that span of time we’ve had about 3 hoa managers!
    They are extremely quick to hand out violations but can’t get back to us ! Our pool is being taken over by non residents and spectrum believes cutting residents hours is solving the issue ?!!
    We have asked for a board to be set, so we as a community can stop the damages to our amenities since the hoa manager isn’t doing it and is ALWAYS on vacation! This is ridiculous. Be on top of hearing the owners out like you are on top of handing out all of these violations! Making promises and not following through with them when said they would.

  • No longer helpful

    *Cannot view attachments/images sent from Spectrum.
    *App doesn't save notes written to the HOA.
    *Doesn't send phone notifications for notes or "violations."
    Basically does nothing to help homeowners stay informed or in compliance. It has the potential to be very helpful but isn't being maintsined.

    Thank you for your feedback on the app. We are constantly evolving the functions of the app over time and will continue to add new features, including notifications and other in-app tools. We would like to hear more about your specific challenges with viewing attachments and images as well as saving notes. We will investigate if there are any bugs and help you get the information you are looking for.
  • Horrible App

    This app constantly gives an error. I can’t pay my HOA dues because when I go to put my address, it does not allow me to type in the field. The app takes forever to load when it does work. It deserves 0 stars. The website isn’t any better.
