I’ve been trying to check my tickets for a week now, and every time I open the ‘check your tickets’ section, the camera light automatically comes on and the screen is white…what’s going on, foo?’Boy Plethora
Update Needed
App camera won't scan tickets on NEW phones.
Certain features are NOT phone friendly at all which defeats the purpose of having an APP.
1. You can't go back after reviewing Scratch Off info or after checking winners/winning locations. You have to start all over.
2. Winning Location Map is difficult to navigate and rarely gives you the selection you're looking for, but maybe that’s done purposely.
3. SCRATCH LOTTOS should be required to report exactly how many Scratch Off tickets were printed VS winners and update stats accordingly for factual risk. Sometimes; TOP Prizes are claimed before tickets hit stores. 🧐Show lessRkelly225

please for the results of pick 3 pick 4 and pick 5 in this application to announce it faster because in each country the difference in time zones is almost 20-30 minutes difference and because of that it is requested that in this application so that the announcement is faster it is very helpfulLaaaaaaaaaaaaaz
App not working
For the last two weeks, I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app five times. Ticket scanner not working and when I selected a game to get the winning numbers all I get are question marks. Until these glitches happened I gave this app 5 stars. Please fix the issue. I miss using this app.Misscj722

Why bother having an app if you can’t play? It lets you create tickets, but then you still have to go to a store and hope the person behind the counter does it right? Check out NCEL’s app for inspiration.JeannotDit
Doesn’t work properly
Tried scanning 10 winning lotto tickets and it managed to scan only 3 of them. Other 7 it said “something went wrong” and wouldn’t scan. Not very reliable so farAtattor2
Scan now works for me
Update: ticket scan function uses Javascript to function. If you are having trouble scanning, check Settings/Safari/Advanced. Toggle javascript on for scanning
