Why can’t we buy tickets online?!?
They need to allow buying tickets online. As other states do. Hey, They just allowed gambling online ie Caesar’s, etc.

This app has no value at all. Most of the stores don't know how to use the play slips feature and the ticket scanner is a complete waste of time. It either doesn't scan, or it doesn't detect a winner.wisemagic
Worst state lottery app ever
Seriously LA! Half of the pictures don’t load. Sadly I know which unloaded image is the ticket scanner button but that doesn’t help because the scanner quit working and always comes back invalid response. If the state lottery system is this bad, no wonder LA always ranks so poorly compared to all other states for pretty much everything except good food and alcohol.Show lessKdogbld

Scanner Does Not Work
Trying to avoid other customers waiting in line for the cashiers checking my tickets, I downloaded the app and it is not working. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling several times.Cash Money Co

Your app is not scanning tickets! I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app!

I WAS super excited to see this app available! I am a loyal player and saw that the scanning feature would save me time. It would also allow me to zip in the store and cash out while knowing ahead of time what the payout amount would be. The scanning feature is a failure and has been since the app came out. Seems a lot of people are having the same issue. How long could it possibly take to recognize there is a problem and fix it? All the money the lottery commission makes and they can’t get this fixed?Show lessH20skipper
