  • Namely as Advertised

    Relative expedient means to receive 40% of earnings daily before conventional paycheck. Cumbersome aspects such as withdrawal limit of 1k per cycle, $3.29 instantaneous transfer fees and waiting a day plus at times for full wages for the day to be reported to be eligible for transfer, yet it fulfills its objective as an accelerated means to tap into & move a fairly sizable portion of daily earnings securely.

  • Horrible app

    It makes u wait 7 days to get your money and on top of that u still do not get the money bc it say u have available balance but can’t be transferred and they have no customer support at all like no one to call you I highly don’t recommend this app for any who is about business !!

  • Downfall

    I have been using this app for almost two years now. Up until this year if anyone had asked I would give it 5 stars. I was even part of the survey for the new MyFlexWallet app.

    As of today I would not recommend it to anyone. The app goes down every other day. You will wake up and see a balance available and by 5 it has disappeared. The limit you can pull also changes every time it glitches. Even the week of payday when most people need to flex, the app doesn’t allow you to pull sometimes from Tuesday to Thursday.

  • It stops working on me!

    I was so glad that i could take cash advance from my payroll and i could transfer in minutes. But lately, it would show i have $600 avail balance and try to transfer it to my bank , it would show that it went through but when i refresh the page, the balance is still the same and never went through.. pls fix it…

  • Too Many Recent Updates

    Lately, literally everyday out every other day, there’s been updates. This seems very concerning.
  • Just enrolled and already a nightmare

    The writing is on the wall…..0 balance in “pending status” for two days. I won’t even bother and I am going delete and remove my information. Should’ve read the reviews before I signed up
  • Where is my paycheck

    They are refusing to pay me my last paycheck stating they have already paid me on May the 3rd when clearly my bank states other wise they don’t know what I have to do with my money!
  • Buggy

    Just started with the app. Stuck on the “Select Your State” page because there’s a budgeting helpful hints page blocking it and no way to get rid of it. Have clicked each of the helpful hints and rushed the back button to try and hit the “select state” drop down menu but it pops back up too fast to cheat it.

    Have restarted the app and problem persists. Don’t know how this is going to work if I can’t even finish setup. Disappointing; hope they fix it.

  • There’s an annoying ad when I try to set up my account

    I can’t select my state due to the ad that they have advertising budgeting etc
  • The worst!

    I don’t understand how this app / company is even able to legally handle consumers money. There is always issues but no customer support. The “chat” team doesn’t even respond! I have funds just sitting available that I can’t access because the app won’t allow me to update my payroll elections. It’s forcing me to delete down to only one account instead of the three I usually split my check amongst but when I delete them, the app won’t save the changes. This has been a cycle for the past three days. This company needs to either get an actual line of communication to assist the consumers that they are rightfully contracted to provide services for or just shut down all together !
