  • Not workin

    Been waiting 2 days for my shifts to update it seems like every since the time change the app hasn’t been working right I can’t even get help from customer service it won’t let me click it and I’m not the only one

    Please bring instant transfer for savings account back.

    App works fine at first, then just stops working and support never reaches out, lawsuit might be an appropriate response for stolen money not returned if declined transaction
  • Funds Still Not Available

    Here we go again. Another pay period, another wait outside of the Pay Lock period waiting for funds to be available. Obviously, you can’t get anyone on chat because it’s not a “live chat”. But how many people do they have working tickets? It’s ridiculous that they have had this problem since switching over to the new platform and it still has no resolve. I need my funds available when you say they are going to be available or at least be able to explain to me within two hours, why they aren’t. The fact that it takes so long to get a response means there are obviously a lot of issues that need to be resolved beyond just 1 or 2 people. So why aren’t they getting fixed? I am just not understanding why this is a constant battle every two weeks to get your app to work properly.

  • Can’t access the app

    My app prompts me to enter my work email and then doesn’t do anything else. It loads endlessly
  • The worst. App glitches, taking away features

    Everyday the app updates and they take a feature away. They just took away the saving option and all the money i had in there, do not use this app.

    I saw cards and transactions on my account I didn’t recognize, they said oh we looked into it and there valid um no please give me more info what name was attached to those cards ? They wouldn’t give me than I ask for a phone number because this back in forth thing was ridiculous they said we don’t have one. I’ve deleted the app off my workday and everything untill they resolve this and give me the info. Then I get email saying a cash app card was on their I don’t have cash app . Bottom line is I don’t trust the app after this and what adds to my mistrust is they won’t even provide a phone number.

  • Customer service is HORRIBLE

    I’m happy that this service is available for when I need it… (sometimes). But ANY time there is anything abnormal going on with this app, the customer service approach is avoidance. If your available balance doesn’t load to the correct amount or if changes are made without warning their users, good luck trying to get someone to speak with you via chat. And that’s the ONLY way to reach someone. They will wait until I’m guessing IT fixes the issue and then respond 2 days later, like I see the issue is fixed. Uhhh… ya think? A bit of communication in the in between time would be nice. Especially, when you’re needing to cash out to pay a bill or get gas.

  • Wait forever for customer support response

    I have loved being able to use this app and for a while it was working great. But I have to say that waiting days or hours for help with an issue is not cool and there is no customer support other than to send a message and hope some one responds. I have multiple messages that say seen but no response!!

    I had no issues at first used the app perfectly. Unfortunately a week ago my app says it’s paused and won’t let me do anything I’ve been in contact with the support team but they really haven’t given me any information. Last week they said it would be fixed early this week and it looked like a problem with my account(payment elections) then today they say it is a problem on their end not on my payrolls end. Nothing has changed on my end so it’s very disappointing and confusing. I hope they fix it soon!
