This new update is horrible and please don’t respond with contact customer service. I contacted customer support at 519pm EST and still have not heard back. If I could give customer support negative stars. I would.My money declined to send to my cash app card

It’s started out good now the site seems to crash way more often I can’t update my hours this is the second time and the customer service representative this time doesn’t seem to be in any hurry to fix it this is a real inconvenience.Developer Response

I transferred money from my flex pay to cash app and cashapp declined my payment because my card was locked. But my money isn’t back on myflexpay so this is a horrible experience. My money is just gone with no way to get it back.Developer Response

Message states my employer has disabled my account. Apparently, if percentages are used to determine amounts to be paid to financial institutions, the app will not work. Not told about this until I created the account and could not use it. Told later to wait until the app updates overnight. Seriously?
