  • Great app. Better support staff

    Really great app! Comes in handy when you least expect it. Puts your mind at ease and helps you save. Their support staff is amazing and goes above and beyond! Special shout out to Alicia for helping me through a problem I was having.

  • i can’t even log in

    i’m not even available to log into a account or create one. i keep being told that the temporary password that i’m being sent is incorrect. i’ve tried several times to log in and have failed each one.

  • Inconsistent

    I don’t like sometimes it shows I have money available but then disappears a few hours later

  • Set Reminder

    The set reminder option is messed up when you type something in the title it tells you to please add a name in the title even though I already did and won’t let you save...

  • Cannot set appointment

    It keeps telling me to enter a name when I have one entered. The reminder in my insight will now not go away. You cannot hit close on this window either. Kind of sketchy an app that won’t even let me set a reminder has access to my money but oh well. Even if I click tell me more and click through the tabs the little red notification under insight will not go away.

  • Where is my paycheck?

    When I signed up for this through my employer I didn’t expect not to have my pay direct deposited and now may take up to 4 hours to get paid I did not know this app would take my paycheck thought I could just borrow against future wages I am so disappointed!
