Did what I needed.
I just needed to move a bunch of photos from my iPhone to my work computer without dealing with iTunes, and I really don’t have a single complaint. I just added them to a photo album which showed up in this app as a folder in my camera roll, and copied it to the microSD. Couldn’t have been simpler, but I also can’t comment on any advanced features or anything like that in the app.

Lost so many pictures
I bought this at my local target thinking it would be more of a convenience to uploading photos to my phone instead of using a computer, but that was the case for the past 5 minutes, until I realized that “hmmm I lost some photos, eh no problem I can just try again”, I tried again, and what do you know, it doesn’t even show up in the app, that’s something didn’t notice due to me taking 700+ photos plus videos, and I lost 45% of them, and I’m so refunding this tomorrow, this is NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

used once before few months ago, worked like a dream. Used it this time to transfer photos i took at a festival from camera to my phone. Download failed. Took out the sd card and reinserted. The SD card was corrupted and my camera is now telling me to format the card which would cause me to lose the photo data altogether. Took the card into two different data recovery shops and was quoted by both about $190-$250 CAD to recover SOME of the photos that weren’t completely lost. please please please do not use this app unless you want some very expensive photos or if you want to lose all your photos.

Hacked my phone lol
Well! Bought this at Walmart in canada, plugged it into my phone and a few minutes later my phone started acting like it was being remotely controlled. Switching out of apps and opening new ones when I'm not touching it, trying to get it to unlock and typing in incorrect password attempts when it's nowhere near me. Anyways, don't be an idiot like me and don't get this stupid thing

SO BAD! PLEASE DON’T USE IT!
I had hours worth of footage on my SD Card and when I tried transferring the data it completely shut off. SD Card got corrupted and completely lost all my FOOTAGE! (It doesn’t even work when I try to reformat the card - completely gone)
PLEASE DO NOT use this horrible app, it is not reliable and it does not work AT ALL. I wish I researched more about it before using it. Now I don’t have any of my footage, lost countless hours and money with this product and app.

Use your money elsewhere
For me to write a review I must be furious because usually product failure does not bother me enough to make a rant online. However this app and this product is so awful that it enrages me that it’s even on the market and accessible for purchase. I have bought multiple Vivitar card readers that have broken without any damage by myself. They just gave out on me. The app itself has so many bugs it’s impossible to retrieve any content on it. This go around I can’t even see my pictures let alone download them. God forbid you want to download multiple at once, the app panics and shuts down like an eighty pound middle school quarterback with any sort of pressure. That last sentence probably took away any professionalism and legitimacy this review has from a prospective buyer’s eyes. However, what I am saying is spot on. If you can’t see it from my review I’m sure the other few hundred poor reviews will point you to a happier direction of spending your money elsewhere. Take care and save your money.

The app and device is ok overall… but it definitely needs improvement… if you select an image or whatever from ur camera roll, you have the option to send to ur reader,like you’d do if you were gonna send an image in a message… but yet you can’t… if you try. Selecting images and videos is tedious since you have to individually select each image… this app needs updated so that you can drag and select multiple images/videos/files at once… also with that being said, if you happen to set ur finger/stylus down too long on the screen while selecting images… you lose all of ur selections, and gotta start over this needs updated or improved as well… maybe by a prompt screen asking if you wanna cancel all ur selections… Please make these improvements. They’re definitely necessary in streamlining the app.

Inconvenient
If I knew you needed to use an app to use this thing, I would’ve never bought it. This is just a hassle to use, I don’t get why you need a whole damn app to transfer photos to your phone. Defeats the purpose of having an adapter in the first place👎
