Terrible product
If there was an option for zero stars, I’d choose it. Bought this to check trail cams, after reading reviews now, I realize I’m not the only one.
Worked fine the first time. Got all(I think at least) of my pics and was happy with the product. Went out again and no problems. Third time(about a month later) and all of the sudden it’s not picking up pictures. I delete all the pics on the card every time I view them and for some reason it was still showing old pictures from that camera. Deleted the card completely from my computer and put it back into the reader, and yet old pics still showed up.

Barley works, pretty useless for almost 30 dollars.
The app can not read the SIM card at all. Idk how , but I managed to get it to work once. other than that, it just says "device unavailable" or just won't show my pictures.
The app is horrible , you need to fix this as many people are spending real life money for something that doesn't even work.
Would have been nice to know before I bought this, that half of what I want just won't work. So thanks a lot .MostlyItsMe
Broken
App no longer works. I use this for a dashcam in my truck, but when I go to delete the videos after the sd card is full it doesn’t actually delete them. It’ll show all the videos are deleted and the storage space goes back up, but when I close and reopen the app all the videos are still there. For a while I thought my dashcam was faulty because it wouldn’t record video from that day, but turns out, it’s just this app not actually functioning properly.Playing the bass

This app does not work correctly. It cannot recognize cards without reinserting them multiple times. It crashes when transferring and you cannot transfer one at a time without going into multi-select. This app needs a lot of improvement. I can’t say it is the worst because I have no others. But I am going to have to buy another device to transfer pictures and videos off my phone.Skwidleyd
Garbage!!
This reader and app is absolutely garbage! Worked great the first time to pull videos from my dashcam SD card onto my iPhone. Since then it will not transfer to my iPhone, won’t even read it’s connected to my iPad and when connected to iPhone it tells me the folders on my sd cars are empty. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR APP. Great for on the go
I was traveling and moving from place to place and this really helped me clear my cards and share pics I am still weary of the cloud stuff but really this is great , the product and the app !Stegjl
Stopped working after a month
Bought the card reader and it was simple and worked fine for a while then after about a month or two it just decided to stop working. Shows corrupted device and won’t let me use it with any SD card on any device.f jack dorsey
Videos into JPEG, LOST ALL MY VIDEOS!
This app is horribly designed and lacking heavy amount of options. I was trying to save my videos to my iPhone from a SD card and I clicked the save photo “alum” hoping it would save to my iPhone. It CONVERTED the mp4 files into JPEG permanently and I completely lost all the footage from one simple click.
The fact the app can’t even duplicate the footage to save it or undo changes or revert back to MP4 is absolutely garbage, don’t download this crap. A night of hard work GONE cause of cheap useless app, FIX your garbage!Eric G. S.

I was bummed when the bug happened when I updated my phone and it would always crash BUT now that you fixed it I can start using my camera again thank you for fixing this problem look forward to keep using this in the futuretannerss

I got scared when I saw the reviews but at my first trial it worked flawlessly. Very happy with my purchase. It was taking forever to transfer my files from my Drone but this made it a breeze.Emel Onur
