Literally isn’t working
It refuses to pick up on the attachment I need to use to transfer photos and videos between my camera and my phone (iPhone if that’s important). I’ve tried moving the sd card between its holder and the actual attatchment and back again and turning the attachment over to the other side and it still isn’t picking it up. It worked the very first time and never again afterwards.hcp2700
App stopped working with the new software update for Apple phones
App used to work great but now with ios 16 it won’t even let me open up the apphillwatton

Good but not working
I’ve used this app for a while now and it’s worked just fine, but since I downloaded IOS 16, I can’t even open the app it keeps crashing. Please fix itHdhdbdufbdiddhdod
App crashes upon open
The app simply doesn’t work when you connect it. It tells you to download the app so what you do is download it and when you download it and try to open the app crashes and takes you straight back to the home screen.cornejalphotography
Helpful App but needs update for ios16 please ASAP
I like the fact that i can connect my mobile card reader to my iPhone and transfer pictures and videos to my phone and edit on the spot. But now it’s completely useless after the iOS 16 update. Please update as soon as possible thanks 😊Alex Turcios
Doesn’t work
Downloaded this app as required to use their universal card reader. Tap the app to open and it closes out right away. Now the reader, which I purchased to transfer photos from my phone to a digital frame, is useless. Would give zero stars if I could.Mathewsmama
Used to love
I recently purchased the card reader and downloaded the app for use on an iPhone 8 Plus and everything worked beautifully. Just upgraded to an iPhone 14 Pro Max and even though the app on the App Store says it’s compatible with iPhone 14 Pro Max, it crashes when launching or inserting the card reader into the phone. I don’t know if the app needs an update to be compatible with iOS 16 or not, but I guess I’ll start looking for another reader to use with my iPhone.SandolLynn
Don’t update your iPhone to IOS16 until they fix
Those of us who use this reader and app a lot got a rude surprise once we did the update. The app won’t stay open and glitches shut before any photos can be read. Luckily we have an older phone that isn’t updated that we could use to transfer files to. Loved it until this current update.Erdodge
