  • As good as or better Than $6000 hearing aids

    My two previous purchases of hearing aids over the past ten or so years totaled about $11,000, so called state of the art. My audiologist wanted to sell me new ones at $8000, crazy. Glad I found Jabra; less than 1/4 the price, jabra may be a tiny bit inferior in sound quality but so much better in several ways. First, I have so much more immediate control. I can adjust quickly to a variety of situations. My expensive ones had a restaurant setting that was useless, so much so that I had to remove them to hear. Jabra restaurant setting is excellent.

  • First Take

    I’ve had my Jabra aids four days now. Already I’ve had a remote adjustment and a suggestion for best domes based on my online test. The mobile app is very useful and easy to navigate. All of the setup instructions have been straightforward as long as I paid attention - hey I’m 82 years old and have lost a little mental acuity 🤔. I tried some Eargos and returned them in 2 days - no contest. Customer service has been great! Looking forward to my orientation. Second take after that. Paul P

  • Horrible customer service

    I purchased the Enhanced 500 with the upgraded service. Jamba was all about the sale, setting up appointments and calling me back. Now that they have my money it is impossible to reach anyone in support. You sit on the phone for hours, no call backs, app support is non existent. I did try and call asking for sales and got right through, but they were unable to help me. I bought these over other online options because of their claim to support, but that appears to be a sales scam. Would like a refund, but cannot get support to contact me. I guess I’ll have to call state consumer complaints or attorney general’s office next.

  • Let’s Go Mets

    I didn’t need a title. I’ve had audiologist hearing aids for years and the Jabra 300 is comparable. I just wish they would be louder. I read that the FTC had limited volume—I tried another brand previously and found the same issue. Clear, no feedback, Bluetooth is convenient, Customer Service is excellent.
    Update: even though I contacted Customer Service several times, none told me about changing a setting from Normal to Clarity, and the helped a lot. 5 stars now.

  • Tried many

    These hearing aids are the 5th set I have tried. The last set just about drove me nuts. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back due to their 45 day trial. All the ones I tried were in the $125 to $550 range. One set of them worked well for me but, one stopped working well within the warranty period but they would not replace it because of their bogus reason. So, I decided to try the Jabra 500, also because of the trial period.

    I couldn’t be happier. Sound quality and control is thee best. I have had them for 3 weeks and not once have I had them squeal from feedback, (something all of the others did) the 4 modes are awesome and volume control is excellent. Not once have they failed to connect to my phone.

    There are tons of other makes, all cheaper. Paying what I did for the Jabra 500 is the best money I have spent in a long time. I am absolutely convinced that in this case, you get what you pay for.

    Thank you Jabra, you made my life much easier.

  • What happened when first wore them?

    I have worn my 500s for about a week. Far better than their predecessors and those we’re not cheapies. Now it comes time to experiment to find my ideal customization, still, the clarity right out of the box is flat out incredible! The speech clarity I thought might even be out there.

    I am pleased with these hearing aids. They are working. I am not doing so much custom tuning anymore but using what is given to me. I can't seem to make a change with the custom. I totally forget I am wearing these. I have become a lazy listener I need to listen now to what is given to me.
    I see no reason I won't be keeping these. I was at a soccer game for my granddaughter and the coach is yelling from the opposite side of the field. I was startled that I could hear what he said.

  • Better than I thought they would be

    I have been wearing hearing aids for a little better than 10 years and have paid a great deal of money on them with insurance coverage. I saw an advertisement on the internet for Jabra and researched them and finally decided to buy them. They are by far the best hearing aids I have owned and cost half of my last pair with a much better sound, and warranty. SO FAR I’M IMPRESSED. I will add the phone connection is a little tinny, but I just use speakerphone instead.

  • Jabra are Great!

    I have been wearing my Jabra Enhance hearing aids since over the counter became available in October 2023. They are great! They do everything my friend’s does, and more for a lot cheaper. And I didn’t have to go back and forth to a store to have them fitted, adjusted and have the wax guard changed. The zoom doc was wonderful and I have had zero problems with them.

  • Life Changing

    No joke. Had no idea how much i was missing until i got these. Tried Eargo before these and everything sounded artificial. These have a realistic sound quality and also so comfortable. Especially after they helped me get the right wire length Plus great customer care. Honestly cant say enough. So grateful for this
