Inter device usage
After pairing with iPad, I could not reconnect with iPhone app. I had to “forget this device” on iPad, shut off bluetooth and then re-pair with iPhone, which involved uninstalling/deleting app and reinstalling because after multiple attempts, it couldn't find the hearing aids.

Great customer service.
I was having trouble with the app so I contacted lively. They promptly sent replacement hearing aids which resolved the problem the app works fine now and I’m very satisfied.
