    Later edit: I see the Developer thanks all the people with positive reviews. I wrote a complaint, but got nothing from the developer. THIS APP DOES NOT ADHERE TO STANDARDS. PLEASE FIX IT. The Jabra/Lively hearing aids are great BUT There is a small “1” on my app which in an Apple App Store app is supposed to mean I have a new message to read, or update to download, etc. I’ve got that “1” but it won’t go away no matter what I do. I emailed Jabra support and was told it will NEVER go away. I’m not happy.

    Even later edit: The app was updated and now the problem is solved. Thank you.

  • Perplexed

    Had my lively hearing aids for little over a year now and it seems they have gone into noise canceling mode permanently. Tired out all the cleaning and changing wax guard tips and still no luck.

  • connection to the left aid intermittent

    The intermittent connection is the worst case because you cannot rely on your hearing aid. It never happened before the application switched to Jabra.
  • Lively enhance

    When the app works correctly, this is a great product, that being said when the app does not work, it is a waste of your money since you can’t use the options you paid for.
    Multiple times I have lost the ability to change presets as the only option available will be phone mode only. I had to do a uninstall, reinstall and configure to get back the presets, this is very inconvenient, followed by three weeks later, having to do the process again.
    When I fold customer assistance, I was told that due to the large amount of calls they were receiving that there would be a long wait for someone to help me. After three hours on hold, I was given an automated message that told me the call timed out and then texting Jabra would be a better option.
    Today I called back the 1-800-854-2772 customer service number and if you select option to which is for existing customer, I was again please don’t hold for three hours. Try it yourself if you don’t believe me.
    If you call the same number and choose option, one which is to give them money by purchasing their product, they will answer on the first ring. It will also not mention during the sales pitch that there is a three hour wait for Annie customer service, which you will then be cut off from.
    Let me just say again that the product Wendy app works is a great product. But when the app does not work, there are a lot cheaper and just as sufficient options out there. This is solely my opinion take it for what it’s worth.

    Sound compares well to other hearing aids I have used and which were more expensive. Some difficulty with finding the correct dome size and looking forward to discuss that with my company rep in a couple of days.

  • Battery drain!

    This app works very well and does everything I need it to do. But - it drains my battery really fast, even when I turn off Bluetooth
  • We lost the ability to save our favorite settings

    For some unfathomable reason the ability to ave our customized settings with this “upgrade”

    My original Listen Lively app provided for this. Why was it removed?
