Good service
I have now taken 4 pairs of shoes from them . I would recommend if you are a wide fitting then order next size up if the style you like don’t come in wide fitting . But get next size up any way they are quite a slim fitting . But lovely shoes,sandles. I had 1 pair of ankle strap sandal but the strap did not fit around my ankle maybe I was a little bit chubby as for these particular sandal so I won’t be buying an ankle strap again but that’s not definitely put me off from purchasing more shoes from them as their service is great keep up the good work delivery does take around 3 to 4 weeks from the date of purchasing so please be aware if you want anything urgent it’s not going to happen I couldn’t find a telephone service for this company but what I did have was sufficient enough to do but can be frustrating if you really need to talk to someone though otherwise still a good service in their texting form on their site keep up the good work JJsShow lessthe rashid family

Never been disappointed with this company
First got my bridesmaids dress for my sister wedding and now just ordered my wedding dress from them..they have a large selection of styles and tons of colors. Just order in ample enough time being that everything is coming over seas. They even have mother of bride dresses and flowers dresses and accessories as well..it almost could be a one stop shopShow lessTyWild1
Great customer service
I'm really impressed with the customer service, they communicated with me every step of the way. The dress and accessories arrived in plenty of time. It was my first dress order and decided to order a larger size rather than go with the custom measurements. The dress is beautiful! Unfortunately, it needed altering. I enquired whether to order a smaller dress and return this one. Given that I had a deadline of dec 15, I decided to have the dress altered!
To my surprise, jjhouse responded that they will refund me 40%, to offset the cost of alterations! Again, I say amazing customer service! Now, I didn't know is that the alternative actually cost more than the dress! That's okay, it will fit perfectly once done!Show lessbevgr30308

Order was on time, perfect fit, not added a photo as not married yet but will put one up when ppl have at wedding have ,light weight material doesn’t feel as you have anything to the arms . Would recommend it to anyone looking for the one accessory to complete your look 10/10 from melouise locin

I just received via mail my beautiful , well fitted dress from JJsHouse as mother of the bride for my daughter’s wedding. I ordered a customized dress and sent my measurements plus the shoulder measurement too. it’s exactly like the picture! The material looks expensive. I ordered it last Oct 20/21 and received it today , Nov 04/21. The cost of the dress $85, plus to have it custom made $20,plus shipping $16. All so worth it. I highly recommend JJsHouse. This is a great store
This store is great, I’ve gotten a formal dress, and a bridesmaids dress from here and I totally recommend. Everything is reasonably priced, extremely good material, and comes reasonably quickly. The app also works really well whatwith linking devices etc.🌻Gracie🌻
Excellent customer service
I needed to contact customer service and they responded right away. I asked them to expedite my order, and they accommodated. I ordered 4 dresses, because I have 3 weddings and didn’t realize I needed to confirm order in my account. Once I did they moved everything along quickly. I am ordering from JJ’s House for the first time. The initial thing I noticed, was their prompt attention to the customer through a chat. I liked that! Thank you!
All of my questions and concerns were addressed thru the chat. I ordered a couple of dresses that night. I think there’s still one more dress in my cart. Now I’m waiting for them to arrive. Also, shipping dates were very reasonable and not a month or two out. I will do a follow up review after I receive the dresses. For now, thank you so much! It won’t let me register.
I cannot register. No matter how many times I tap or click the register button, nothing happens. Every other button works fine. This means I can’t check my order. I did receive a response from someone regarding this review offering to help me check my order. However, I want to be able to use the app. I may want to place future orders. Nonetheless, I still can’t register on the app to create an account. I placed the first order from the website which then invited me to download the app to check the status of my order.
