  • Bought and Returned ALL FOUR Cameras

    I’ve had stealth cam trail cameras in the past, and decided to stick with them and bought four of their fusion cellular cameras. HORRIBLE mistake. They were supposed to come ready to use, but all four were missing the SIM cards required to work. Wasted a day driving to where I hunt to find out they wouldn’t work. Went to Verizon and purchased SIM cards separately and they still wouldn’t connect to my command pro account. It’s been two weeks without and email back from their support team. I sat on hold two separate occasions for over an hour with no answer. Left a return phone number, but still no call back. I’ve returned all four cameras and have zero intentions to ever purchase a Stealth Cam again.

  • Garbage

    Wish I could give this a “0” star rating. Have had a camera for 4 months that says cannot find my account and will not connect to my app. I have talked to technicians on 2 different occasions after waiting on hold for an hour each time. They could not help so the supposedly started an IT ticket. It has now been a month and I have not heard anything from IT to resolve the issue. I have also emailed because I was tired of sitting on hold, still no response. All I would like is a camera that will do what I paid for. I will not recommend or buy another Stealth product. My SPYPOINT has had no issues and they have good customer service. DO NOT BUY STEALTH!!!!!!!!!!!

    They need to add about 25 people to the support. I called and it took 2 hours and 17 minutes to get some one on the phone. I actually tried to call back in February and gave up after being on hold for an hour and a half. I was on the call for over 3 hours because I had 3 cameras that were messed up. I actually have 7 stealth cell cameras but recently decided to switch to another brand and bought 4 new cell cameras from another company. I can honestly say I wish I didn’t have to do that and it would be much cheaper to have all the cameras with one company. But I can’t see buying something that has a hold time of 2+ hours. Once I finally got someone on the phone (Ms. Chris) she was super helpful and tried to help me as much as possible. Unless you get Ms. Chris on the phone you are probably screwed. She did inform me they are adding more people. She also helped me get all three cameras replaced because they were all not even a year old. Bottom line is I am also a business owner and I would never waste time writing something like this but spending 3+ hours for them to tell me all the cameras need to be replaced is a waste of time. Also, for 3 cameras that aren’t even a year old to have to be replaced is garbage.

  • Multiple cameras and they are JUNK

    I have 4 of these cameras and I haven’t had any issues with any of them for 8 months of owning them until this last update they had about a month ago now none of them are working. They have great cell service and will not upload to my phone so why am I paying $20 a month per camera for them to only take pictures just like my old cameras did. I wanted a good cellular cam and these ones were not it. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone because I’m 4 cameras in and $20 a month for no pictures coming straight to my phone I’m having to go pull sd cards once a week. Ridiculous.

  • Customer service and camera function

    I have two cameras on the $20 a month program. Customarily they have issues sending alerts or taking photos, twice a year.

    I sync the cameras and still no improvement. The most recent occurrence had the cameras down for five days.

    The previous occurrence was resolved by calling customer service. This was approximately six months ago. At that time I was on hold for close to an hour.

    This time I was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes. Kris, the customer service rep was fantastic as was their rep six months ago. Personally I don’t have time to sit on hold for that amount of time, it was time I spent searching for an alternate camera supplier and program.

    There are less expensive options that I intend to pursue.

    When the cameras work, they work as advertised but getting in contact with customer service makes this a deal breaker.

    On to other options.

  • Over priced plans/customer service doesn’t call back

    40$ gets you 3 cams and then 5$ for each additional cam that has to share 36,000 photos. That may seem like a lot but when it takes pictures of ANYTHING that moves they add up quick!

    20$ per cam, per month for unlimited…. 5x20$=100$ a month.

    I know it sounds crazy that we put these out in the middle of the woods an not in the middle of town where the reception is so maybe you could start making cell cam’s that actually work out in the woods maybe with the Multi millions of dollars you guys make you could start putting cell towers out in the woods or go satellite.

    We have had good reception, images and service. IT has helped with setting camera up right. Radon I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is I was on hold for 1 hr 18 minutes before I opted for a call back, the call back did come the same day about 5 hours later and email responses a little slow but once I’ve had a live person service have been great, cameras have worked great!!   • Return the Camera don’t waste your time

    This camera is not at all what it said it was going to be. It said that it was easy to set up to your mobile device and everything like that but once I had it set up it was sending pictures and everything but then it stopped sending them to the app. I called customer
    service and they told me to wait 48 hours until it would be fixed. But I don’t have that kind of time I was hoping to set this camera up mid July and it’s almost going to be August by the time I get this thing running. I am extremely disappointed in this camera.

  • Stealth Cam Command Pro App

    We’ve been using the Stealth Cam COMMAND PRO for over a year for a multitude of different purposes. The cameras are amazing and the app makes it easy to use and synchronize the images from the field. The picture quality is great and the video is amazing. We were fairly new to trail cam employment so it was great to find an intuitive system that worked for us. In the off season my brother set up the cameras around a job site that was being vandalized frequently and the app allowed him some piece of mind.

  • Great product at a great price

    I have had the fusion, fusion x, and reactors running with the command app with little to no issues. What I love is that you can not only change any settings right from the app, but also perform any system updates remotely. This means no reason to go back into your hunting spot. If have a good external power source (essential for cell cams IMO) then you are good to go for months!
