Terrible app!!!
This app does not save your login information does not allow for Face ID and requires you to reset your security questions in order to reset your password. It is the most absolutely useless app I have ever used. I was looking for something that would be simpler than calling in and dialing in my card number. This is absolutely not it!

Log in failed
Every single time I have to log in to check my balance, I have to do a reset password and it takes about 10 mins every single time to do this. The passwords are never saved and you HAVE to reset the password everytime you log in. This is inconvenient and needs to be fixed.
Login Attempts Fail Every Time
It has always been an issue for me to log in.. since last year. I have set my password multiple times, says password is updated and then I go to sign in- nope. Password incorrect. This has got to be an easy fix but considering this is an EBT program, I am not surprised that the creators of this app simply do not care.

Unable to use
I keep getting login failed no matter what I try. I have gone through the password change many times and during password change I could get on the site, but after signing out and trying to sign back in it won’t let me. All I get is login failed failed.
App works when it wants to
Every time I try checking balance I almost ALWAYS have trouble logging in. It says that invalid information. I have had to reset my password almost every time thinking it was me forgetting what password I set but come to find out it was the app. I went online to check and put in the password and it let me in easily.

LOG IN ERROR
I thought it was just me, but apparently everyone is getting the same error I’ve changed my password a million times and you would think they would see these reviews and fix it but here we are months later with no update 🤬🤬 I hope they fix it bc I really loved how convenient the app was!!
Application not working
Still having issues with the app. I have deleted so many times and reinstalled it as well what is the problem.
Jacked up app
Was working great now it doesn’t work at all. Login failed. Login failed login failed login failed login failed been getting this since September logging failed job again. I tried again login failed so I guess you understand what I’m trying to say that your apps not working you need to update.
Broken app
This app used to work perfectly, could log in with face id and everything.. then one day they decided to “update” the app which worked perfectly.. from then on there has been error after error !
