Disappointed
I am having an issue logging into the app. I keep getting login failed. I have also reset my password and still didn’t work l. Then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still didn’t work. I am also only able to login through website and it does take longer and is very disappointing. The app is to make it easier for us to use and would love it fixed and and update given on the problem.

Login ISSUES
Every single time I go to log in for the last 5 months, I have had issues logging in! I have reset my password a dozen times and it still says login failed. Yes, I have double checked everything and I’ve always written down the password I chose! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
LOGIN FAILED
App was working perfectly and then about 3 months ago I tried to check my balance via app, but an error box popped up saying login failed. I have reset my password many times for it to give the same result . Please provide an update !

Possible bug?
I used this app for about two months before it started giving me problems. I’ve had to change my password numerous times and it still will not let me log in to see my balance without going through the process of resetting a new password. I don’t know if this is a temporary bug, but I implore someone to fix the issue. This app would be very helpful if it worked.

What’s the problem, please fix!
This is my first time using the app. I get an error pop up when trying to login “Login failed, please try again”, I have reset my account with LifeInCheck which did not help… but when logging into the website there is no problem/issues at all…
Error message when I try to log in
I can log in on the website just fine. When I try to log in on the app with the same email and password, I get an error message every time. Why are y’all even bothering with this garbage app? Just direct people to your website that actually works.

Was working fine a few months ago and the month was giving me kept sailing login failed please try again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling same thing. Only the website works that can tell me my balance.
Login Failed
For the past month, every time I go to log in to see my balance I keep getting a “Login Failed” message. So I attempted to change my password thinking that could’ve been the problem. Nope. Still getting that message! The only way I can check my balance is online. Please fix this issue!!

I have never had a issue using the app, it has always worked for me. Starting last month early September, I get a error popup when logging in “LOGIN FAILED, Please Try Again” nothing you do works to fix it I tried resetting my password, deleting and reinstalling the app everything, but still get the same thing as above “LOGING FAILED, Please Try Again”. The only way now is to check it through the website which takes forever. I don’t know what happened for the developers to break the app and not acknowledge the many users posting the same exact problems and errors and not doing anything to let us know or fix the issue. A update or follow up on what is wrong would go a long way.

Not working
For the last month of having problems getting into the app. It keeps saying login failed even after I reset everything. I’m not pleased and thinking about switching to another app.
