This is ridiculous
At first I would log in and it would never load my balance, just a constant buffering wheel. I deleted and redownloaded the app and now every time I log in a I get a “log in error” so I changed my password. Now I’m still getting the log in error message.
Login issues
I always have to reset my password because it never lets me login to check my balance. I thought it was going to be easier than calling the card but it was honestly worse . I don’t recommend

Try to check my balance and the app is just spinning it’s been doing this for a few days now now the app won’t let me login it keeps saying login failed can someone please fix this issue asap

The app constantly and consistently makes you change your password because it doesn’t want to let you log in.

Why is it every time I log into my account it just buffers and buffers and buffers this is ridiculous. I can never check my balance and when I log out it never logs me out. It keeps my information on the screen. This is a very big problem and y’all need to work on fixing it.
Cannot check my balance from the app
I recently changed phones and I don’t know if that’s the issue but when I go to the app that is downloaded on my phone, I cannot check my balance.
I have reported it several times and all I get is what seems to be an automatic response that does not help me in anyway. the only thing I can gather from these responses is that perhaps my account has been locked out and I need to re-register. I have tried to register again and it tells me that I’m already registered, so what is going on.
I did this morning, Google how to update the app in case it was not updated, and I was able to login there and get my balance.

Buffering issues
Every time I try and get my balance this site just buffers with no response. I can go and log out but it doesn’t even let me do that . I have to delete my password every time I log out. Wish they would correct this problem.
Locked out
I accidentally made a typo on my email while signing up and it will not let me change it so I’m locked out and never got to use it!!
App is a Joke
I agree with the review listed above me. This app is a joke cause once you are locked out you are locked out and there is no resetting it. No matter how hard you try to reset.
