Terrible
No native google or apple signup. No native Apple Pay. Just takes forever to establish an account and pay. I travel a lot and have at least 8-10 other parking apps that do it simpler. Be better!

Installed as recommended parking app for the museum we were visiting. Registration went okay but I couldn’t pass the payment method section due to a technical error at their end. Ended up there were kiosks that didn’t need it.

Unable to pay for parking
For some reason, I am unable to pay for the parking and it won’t recognize any payment. I called the support line 3 times, and the customer service rep told me to uninstall the app then reinstall — all 3 times!!!! No other solution
It doesn’t work
This is the worst payment app I’ve ever used. Multiple errors trying to park in different lots. They were going to charge me $5 for one hour but after I gave up trying to get it to work I found that the kiosk only charged $2 for the same time. Avoid.

The app constantly gives an error message when you try to add time causing you to have to remember to wait to add time as soon as it expires or risk getting an expensive ticket.
What a Nightmare!
I received two hours of free parking from Nordstrom. When I tried to extend my time using the app, I was unable to finish the transaction and kept getting an ‘internal error’ message. It was so aggravating that I left the mall.
I hate this app.
This app is slow. It constantly has issues. I have added new payments multiple times and it either gives me an error and won’t add the card, or it adds the card then gives an error that the card can’t be charged for whatever reason. I have had it where it says it charged me for the parking but it didn’t put me in the parking system so I got a ticket for not paying, but the app had claimed I had paid. I hate this app. Many parking lots in Portland use it and I feel like it should be MUCH BETTER because of this. PLEASE FIX THIS APP.
