  • Great App!!

I rave about how much this app has made a difference in our deep freeze inventory every time I use it. It’s so simple and easy but it really is better than anything else we’d tried. We add to and use items from our basement freezer regularly so a notebook of what was in the freezer never worked. This app is perfect for my husband and I to both see what we have when meal planning or shopping for the week.

I haven’t started another “box” yet, but when doing the inventory of the freezer the app did crash a few times and I lost my photos. I think there’s been an update since then but not sure. That inconvenience has not deterred me from continuing to use it.

Next project is to go through and inventory bins in the basement!! I honestly can’t wait 😝.

  • Organization Obsessed-LOVE this product

Downloaded the app & ordered stickers as soon as I found this. I have so many tubs and I try my best to label them so I know what’s in them at a glance but this concept is so perfect! I don’t mind that you have to take a picture of the item instead of being able to use one in your phones album. The app is easy to use and I’ve had no issues with the labels scanning, am interested to see how they handle fading from being on a box in the attic.

TLDR: it’s simple, it’s easy, works great, amazing way to organize something!
  • Great idea, poor interface

Love the idea but hate the interface. It’s not user friendly, crashes frequently, and the number of steps you have to go through isn’t the best. Just to add an item after you have taken a photo is a pain. I have to scan the QR code twice. Not sure why it has you scan it twice but you do. The app freezes at times when you do a search by QR code. It will also randomly crash and log you out while using it. I’ve had to log in multiple times and have had to reinstall the app a couple of times during the process. Makes it challenging to organize quickly. It would be nice if you could take photos of everything you have and then select each set of items you want to add to a specific QR code. Instead you have to take photos of the items you only want to go into one QR code. Then you can move onto the next set of things you want assigned to the next QR code. It would also be nice if you could use multiple QR codes for the same batch of items. That way you can put multiple QR codes on a box (one QR code for each side). This would make it easier to stack boxes and scan the QR code on any side without having to move the box.
  • Be warned…your pictures will disappear!!

I really loved this system at first and could not stop raving about how life changing it was. Spent hours getting my house organized and catalogued with the stickers. The app would crash every few minutes and you had to log in each time - annoying but I still enjoyed getting organized so I didn’t let that stop me from using it. Fast forward to 6 months later and a bunch of my pictures disappeared!!! It displays “photo not available” where the photo should be. It seems to be random pictures and in no particular order. I contacted support and waited days for them to come back and tell me the photos are just gone and I’ll have to retake them. So I have to unpack everything to figure out what’s missing? I don’t think so. To have all that time and effort wasted is such a shame :(
  • Great Concept

I really like the concept of being able to scan a label and see what I have stored inside my containers. The only problem I have is the process of having to take the pictures within the app and going back and forth within app to take pictures of items. I would prefer being able to take all my pictures with my phones camera app and then selecting pictures within the app. This way I can take pictures much faster. The other problem I have when having to take pictures within the app is that I’m having to click done so every so often so they save in case the app crashes it doesn’t delete all my photos and having to retake my photos again. The last issue I have encountered is having to login to my account each time. If the app crashes, which it does frequently, I have sign in again. Would really like if they added the Face ID feature. I really like the concept of this app but feel it could use a few upgrades.
  • Can’t upload photos after the fact

As we were packing we took photos of everything on our phones as we were in different rooms, but when I sat down to upload and assign them to a box and label we realized you can only use photos taken directly through the app. So now that everything is packed away, I have no way to actually use the labels, since you cannot upload photos from your phone gallery. Very disappointed in the execution, but loved the concept as I am traveling for work and basically living out of a storage unit between assignments. Very bummed.
  • Incredible Idea, HORRIBLE Execution

I wanted to love this app so much. The sticker and app combo idea is incredible but whoever actually designed the app did a HORRIBLE job. The amount of technical errors and small annoyances that occur when using this app is INSANE and almost makes it not even worth using. As of right now, I cannot even properly log into the app because it consistently shuts down in the middle of the log in process, or it shows an error message when logging in. I think if they worked harder on the software, they could make this app great. Until then, it’s a bust.
  • fix the bugs please!!!

I LOVE the concept of this app and it helps keep me really organizing but it crashes randomly while packing my stuff and I’ll have to go back in and login in constantly and sometimes pull things back out of my bins to retake the pictures, I really wish they would fix these issues!
  • Love the idea poor execution

The idea is great and affordable! I’m a huge organizer. However the app crashes just about every time you complete one action such as searching for one item then crash and log back in. Then search another item then crash and have to log back in.
  • Well...

I was impressed with the concept...my first box worked great! Onto my second box and not so great....this app needs a major revamp. Constantly having to login plus i go to scan my box to see what’s in it and nothing happens. I would recommend it to more if it actually worked.
